Amazing, Sturdy and Durable!
What can I say, this bag is amazing! It fits my dslr, 3 lenses amongst a range of other equipment including rain gear, cards, wires etc with a place underneath to hang a tripod. It’s comfy and despite it’s cheap price very sturdy and waterproof!I’ve used it so often as my camera go bag when out and about doing shoots in the field. I’ve had this 10 years and the strap has just given way (and I carry a lot of weight in it!)I’m definitely getting the same one to replace it!

Top Quality Great Camera Bag.
Until now I have only used Lowepro camera bags and been very happy with them. My small Lowepro bag had got a bit shabby and was coming unstitched so I came online to order a new one. I saw this AmazonBasics bag and thought it looked OK. The price was considerably less than the Lowepro and when I read the reviews it looked very good value. As I had also purchased a new Lowepro rucksack not long ago I though I would try this bag, after all it was only intended to carry just my camera and spare lense on short, local trips so if it wasn’t up to much it wasn’t a huge disappointment. I then worried till it arrived that it would be rubbish, after all you only get what you pay for, don’t you ?All that worry for nothing, when it came it is wonderful ! Very good sturdy material, more than enough pockets for filters etc, and space to carry my iPad if I should need too. It feels such good quality and has the facility to alter the space inside to fit everyone’s needs. It sits nicely on your shoulder but also comfy to carry by hand. It also has straps to carry your tripod should you need to take it. The only criticism I have is that it doesn’t have a built in rain cover, with the generous pocket space I now carry a small rucksack rain cover in one of the side pockets, problem solved.This bag is more than value for money, the quality is first rate, the size and feel are excellent and the outside of the bag sponges down easily when I got a few muddy marks on it. I can’t fault this bag at all. I would recommend it to anyone, even to people who, like myself are used too using top of the range bags, you won’t be dissolved at all.

disclaimer: I wld never carry my tripod like shown here, the image is only a size referenceCONS:*the bottom ‘tripod/accessory’ straps are NOT snap release, they are tension pull, frown…cmon Amazon it wld add pennies to the cost*there no belt loops, tho it’s a bit lrg for that anyway…*only the interior compartment is waterproof, the bag itself is just water resistant, think abt your needs…not a deal breaker for mePROS:**I had 2 criteria for a camera bag:*** will it carry my OM-5 with a 40-150 pro lens attached, yes â * OR, will it carry the OM-5 and an OMD camera w/ pancake lens and 12-40 pro attached, yes â *and the obvious ? can I pack in all the ‘necessary paraphernalia’ I need for a day out or weekend trip? yes â LOADED: 1 or 2 cameras & lenses, extra batteries & 2 battery packs (20k & 10k mA) w/ dummy battery, cables, usb battery charger(overkill), camera remote, wireless 2 mic in case, & numerous bits & bobs (photographers are pack rats!) my ipad (247.6 x 178.5 x 5.9 mm) in case, 2 iphones (ðð) and travel tripod and/or a monopod (tho not easily)* important* this bag, whilst it has a double top flap for interior waterproofing, the bag itself is not waterproof, just water resistant and it does not have a raincoat (personally this was not a deal breaker for me, but wld be nice)* this is NOT a bag for rough camping or multi day mountain hikes without some MacGyvering! hehe .. la mochila canon de nueva se ve y se siente de mayor calidad, pero esta de amazon tambien es muy buena, no se ve ni se siente de baja calidad, practicamente es la misma que la canon con pequeñas diferencias, las bolsas laterales son mas pequeñas, y el interior es un poco mas pequeño y mas aun por el compartimiento para tableta interior pero es muy funcional para meter cosas ahi, la pedi y pense que me equivoque que mejor hubiera conseguido otra canon del doble de precio pero una vez que me llego me dieron ganas de pedir otra, que no lo hice, me interesaba que entrara la camara con el flash puesto como en la canon y quedo perfecto es una a6000, pues utilizo 2 camaras una con lente kit y otra con un 35mm y tienen que estar a la mano y listas. la recomiendo si cargas con bastante equipo. meto dos camaras con lente y flash puesto, sony rx100, lampara de 150 leds, multiples baterias lente extra, lamparas usb para caballete, cables powerbank e infinidad de accesorios para jaula y herramientas como pinzas desarmador cinta negra, UFF.

I’ve just bought a new bridge camera to replace my venerable Canon SX40hs. I bought a Panasonic Lumix FZ2500, a very large bridge camera weighing almost 1 kg, with a 1″ sensor. As a result I’ve completely re-outfitted. I’ve replaced my 30+ year old Manfrotto Bogen Tripod, which weighed a ton, I’ve had to buy new filters, remote shutter release, intervalometer, etc. The large Canon camera bag wasn’t large enough to properly hold the Panasonic.I chose this bag initially because of the crossbody carry feature and copious reviews. The bag is well-thought out. It’s well padded with 4 inserts with velcro, so it can be configured as needed. I’m using 2 of the inserts. The velcro holds them very firmly. The Amazon Basics camera bag is wide enough to hold the Panasonic, unlike the Canon bag. As you can see from the photo, I’ve got the Lumix sitting sideways. The walls of the bag and inserts are holding it firmly. I have the huge lens hood to the left, my special super macros lens is on the right. There’s a nice place to store manuals towards the back. The lid has a zippered storage area. I’ve chosen to store an SD card holder with spare SD cards, all of my filters including a solar filter for photographing the Sun. The front of the bag has a zippered pocket. It holds my wired remote shutter release, and wireless shutter release, and intervalometer. Each end of the bag has zippered storage compartments. I have 2 double battery chargers in one and 4 spare batteries in the other. Even with all these things, there’s room for more. I received delivery of my Neewer 4-way macro focusing rail this afternoon and it fits over the other things in the main compartment.That’s a lot of stuff! There’s a strap on the front bottom to accommodate a tripod. I bought a Neewer carbon fiber tripod, which comes in a nice bag. I’ve strapped it under the front buckles that hols the top down. The bag has all of my equipment in it. I can just grab it abs go.The inside, which holds the camera, has a separate zippered top with double pulls. There’s also an additional too, which closes over the zippered equipment area, closing completely around the case. It’s held by velcro and 2 buckled straps. This will keep the rain and dust out of the case. These are the 2 buckled straps holding the full sized 66″ tripod in its bag, as pictured.I honestly didn’t expect as much as I got in the Amazon Basics bag. It’s an amazing value to be sure, but most importantly, I know my camera and equipment are well protected.
