Good sleep and exercise monitoring
Great little device! I have had excellent communications from the seller, and I have agreed to take into consideration the opinion of the person who is using the 2nd watch I purchased. (I bought 2 of them) They are more than happy with the watch, and use it daily to monitor exercise and sleep.I would still like to see the accuracy of step counting being addressed, however having spoken to work colleagues who have different types of tracking devices, it appears to be a common issue with overestimating steps. That said, overall, I would recommend this produce, as the positives far outweigh any negatives, especially for the reasonable price of the product.

Highly recommend this fitness watch
I purchased this watch from Amazon last October. It has been extremely reliable, accurate and the battery life is the best ever. I only have to charge it once a week. I do not use all the functions it has on it, but itâs great for me.I use the steps counter, blood pressure checks, message alerts. Definitely good value and a quality product.

Does not work did 3 intense workouts and apparently did not burn a single calorie the app only works with certain devices and overall just gives inaccurate readings. I took the watch off and put It on the table and the table apparently has a bpm of 110 and burns more calories than me witch is concerning.

love this watch SO MUCH! needed something that could track my movements but also a cute watch and this is amazing. has so many features but my favourite would be the activity tracker, heart rate monitor but also the fact that i can change the screen!! iâve only had it for a few days but itâs great so far tbf
