Very good camera for the price but the switch going to camera is too big
The only problem I found with this camera is when putting the wire back through the wall I found the switch box on it far too large to fit back inside through the collar. This is a design flaw they really should address. I had to saw and file rubber off each side of the switch to squeeze it through the collar mount.The wire is nice and quite long with ample spare to come back inside. My wall is also thick with external insulation so this is good.The picture quality in the day is very good quality. Night vision is good not too white out when switches to black and white mode. The switch can be used to up the contrast, brightness and change from colour, to black and white, to auto switch. Motion detection is set by your DVR.The camera rotation joint could do with left and right movement not just rotation, up and down on only 2 axis. To have 3 axis movement would be great.Overall a really good value for money camera. I have two 720p versions so wanted a 1080p. I have the ANNKE 1080p Lite DVR which works all good with this camera. BY the way the DVR works with various camera brands not just ANNKE.

Works perfectly on my Swann 4780 DVR. The only reason I gave the camera 4/5 for night vision is because one of the other cameras on my system is much brighter than anything I’ve ever seen.Great field of view and good quality, full HD recording which is clear and crisp.Just plugged straight into the dvr with the cable which was already there. Great value for the price, 2 have been up for a few days and they don’t attract spiders either which plagued my previous cameras.

Cheap camera, ok results see pics
Daytime quality is good but I wasnât impressed with the nighttime performance it went to black and white way before my other cameras in my setup.I feel Its good value for money but you realistically get what you pay for, the angle of the lens is ok the daytime colour was ok. In all for the money, I think it was a reasonable price . First picture taken at 4amSecond picture 5am this time of year itâs light at 5.15am

Too many issues, poor picture quality.
The camera is not very good. The OSD menu is temperamental and you’re only able to change the type of output with some very sore fingertips and alot of time repeatedly pressing the button. Mine got stuck on the wrong setting and so I have terrible picture quality. The image is whitewashed, barely any colour and whenever the sun shines at the camera its just a hazy picture with no discernable quality. I bought this some time ago. Its always been bad but I managed to get it to where I could accept it temporarily until I bought a new one. unfortunately I had to unplug them and when I did it reset itself and so now its stuck on one of the outputs that makes the image not viable. it’s past its warrantee but after this experience I’m reluctant to buy another to be honest. I think I’ll be buying different brands as this camera was to replace a previously faulty camera, and that one also replaced a faulty one before it, all by Annke and all at my expense.

I have given 5 stars not only for the quality of the product but for the customer service. I recieved 2 of these cameras but 1 was faulty . I got a direct replacement within days now both are working as they should. Great picture very crisp image.
