Excellent & hardwearing mat
Purchased this for our 5 month old pup, he’s all black and full of energy which results in a hot and panting pup. After much searching we opted for this particular mat due to it being 100% non toxic, waterproof, breathable, and most importantly the size @ 50 x 90 cm was perfect for our rapidly growing hound.Initially he thought it was a new toy and tried to dig it up and munch on it but as we supervised him every time it was put down for him, he stopped attacking it and lay down, within 5 day’s of getting it we were leaving it down permanently as he was using it most of the time.It is now his favourite go to place and is only moved when the hoover comes out, (which he loves attacking and growling at).Our local Aldi was selling cooling mats so I bought a couple but they are rather small and not as well padded as this one, we use 1 aldi mat in the car and one upstairs for when he decides to go and chill on his own but the aonova mat is by far a better product.It is an excellent cooling mat and we plan to buy another to put in the car (to replace the cheap one from aldi).I have wiped it down a few times however it is not pristine anymore due to having a large black muck magnet lying on it but I don’t care about that as long as our hooligan is kept cool and is happy.After 2 months use it is still keeping him cool and showing no signs of wear or damage and the Hooligan loves it, what more could you ask.I am 100% happy to recommend this cooling mat to anyone who may be considering buying one.

Probably not the best for a Dachshund puppy who doesn’t like the cold
I think this will be good when he’s older, but he prefers to lie elsewhere than on this. Also likes to chew the corners instead. Good size though

Keeps the cat cool and happy
Easy to clean, wipe down, stays fairly cool even in warmer weather. Have to wait and see how it goes on in Summer. Good value for money.

Yes it works but my dog will not lay on it. I wouldn’t say it gets that cool but it does work it would make your pet more comfortable in the hot weather
