As simple to setup as you could wish for. Simpley connect the adapter to a HDMI cable , connect the adapter to your iPhone and that’s it. No need to use screen sharing, your phone screen stays totally usable, but the HDMI adapter lets you show what you see on the phone on a TV, projector or even as a feed in for a streaming setup.What I like is that the adapter also has a lightning power input on it so you can charge and power your phone while using the adapter which is perfect for longer sessions.Great value for money, and it works.

Great adapter, works as decribed and easy to use
This is a great HDMI adapter, like others and also the genuine Apple adapter it does not allow protected content to be shown on the TV such as Netflix, Prime etc but this is clearly shown on the product information. You will also need an HDMI cable with this, so for travelling, it does mean carrying an extra cable, but there are plenty of compact HDMI cables around. This is one of the cheapest adapters of this type and I cannot see any advantage with the others that are more expensive.
