AQF Wrist wraps are perfect for supporting your wrist while power lifting, dead lifts, or during squats. Prevents excessive wrist extension, provide stability and support throughout the wrist joint.
Features elastic thumb loop which ensures secure and correct placement of the wraps while extended hook and loop closure system allow easy adjustment and ensure wraps remain secure while you train.
Affordable but durable wraps are made from a cotton, elastic and polyester blend that absorbs excess moisture and won’t irritate the skin.
3 Inches wide and 13 inches in length, these lifting wraps are one size fit all and sold as a pair. Can be washed in slightly warm soapy water, left to dry in normal room temperature.

Bought these a few years ago and now buying again after accidentally leaving my previous ones at the gym. The fact i’m buying them again probably tells you something about how satisfied I was with them and thought now as i’m about to order again it would be a good time to leave a review.So there’s not too much to say, the comfort is as good as you could hope for, adjust to your own wrists and level of support needed, pick a preferred colour pattern so they look cool, and while I cant speak so much about for the more common exercises, I do a lot of body weight training, sometimes high rep pushups, so these are a great preventative measure aswell as supportive if you have issues already.In anycase I recommend having them in your gym bag, they’re cheap enough and effective enough, can help prevent an injury and theyre pretty durable and high quality to.Pretty happy customer, I dont think you can really be disappointed at this price range, one of the best bang for buck gym accessories you can buy imho.

These are amazing working reminiscent work lifting and turn stack stock my wrists hurt me bad then got these now out then on and so my work it helped my writs pain less and stop staining my writs v good stuff and does job

Does what it needs to do
I bought this because I was having wrist pain in the gym during push workouts (shoulder, chest, etc). Since I started using these, my wrist pain has decreased quite a lot but still hasn’t gone completely, but that might be user error on my end since I’m not 100% sure on how to use them correctly. The velcro is very high quality and doesn’t feel like it will lose it’s stickiness anytime soon. The fabric is also quite comfortable and doesn’t scratch or cause any discomfort on my wrists (even if I have them on super tight). I’ve seen these things last for years at a time so the value for money is pretty good.

It does a really good job in maintaining the wrist straight and stable when handling big weights. It feels quite comfortable on the wrist and does the job perfectly fine. Ive had these for 6 months or so and they still work as new so need to buy other overpriced wrist wraps.

I’ve previously hurt my wrist in the gym and these are a lifesaver for wrist support, they’re intuitive and easy to use and have allowed me to increase my bench press by a lot.

Strong lifting stamp after a while of usage the part around the thumb starts to break but I think with price and how long this took they are still good value for money.
