Confortable, effective & reassuring support
Bought this for a niggling knee injury because I was desperate to get back on court for a tennis match. I measured as per the size guide and bought a medium which was a perfect fit. It gave me a lot of comfort, reassurance and confidence on court (coming back from an injury is all about feeling confident that your body will take the strain) so it was brilliant from that point of view and I would highly recommend. However by the second set my hip was really painful, so a word of warning, after researching this that it is possible to end up with pain elsewhere as a result of the amazing support given to the knee!

Gives the support I need for my knees also the grip seems to work really well i would definitely recommend these knee supports.

Not heavy duty enough for me
The sleeves are OK but not strong enough to give the pressure I wanted. May be OK for general knee support but I wanted them for use in the gym. Otherwise they are as described.

Good quality, tight fit, supports really well.
Feels high quality, very sturdy and stretchy. Doesnât feel like it would fray or threads come apart easily. Silicone at the top edge only but does hold it in place really well. Fit is very tight, I would probably go a size up if you are at the top end of the circumference brackets unless you want a tight fit. Seems to hold and support my knee really well and is helping with recovery from a running injury.

Decent support & comfortable to wear
I have quite bad arthritis in my knees from previous injuries, I have been using these for a month or so now, not all the time just when I’m feeling sore. They seem to offer a decent level of support considering how light weight they are and are comfortable to wear. There are a lot of stairs in my place of work and I have found that these definitely help me get though the day. Not a cure but certainly make life a little easier.
