Clever and flexible design
These are great timers and this is the third set I have bought. They are seven day timers with 10 timer slots (1 slot includes on and off). You set the time and day(s) for each timer slot independently so this gives you a lot of control.A particularly good feature is that you can set multiple days for each slot which can be any one of the 7 weekdays, every day, odd days, even days and a couple of other combinations. This means you don’t have to use 7 timer slots just to turn a light on every day. For switching on lights while you are away, you can have the light come on at different times on alternate days, or weekends etc very easily.This flexibility does make programming not exactly complex but you need to check when you have finished. It is easy to set the on and off in a slot for different days by mistake for example, which will mean switching not happening as expected. Having said that, they are very easy to programme as there is a clear LCD screen, clearly labelled buttons for setting time, day, etc and a built in battery which means you can programme when unplugged and you don’t have to get down on your hands and knees to programme it.One small downside is an insanely bright blue LED which comes on when the unit switches on. In a bedroom it can illuminate the room but a piece of electrical tape or similar will dull it down to sensible levels easily. If it is behind a sofa or something, the very bright light might well be detectable even if the LED itself is obscured so that can be handy.

Quiet, precise, easy to set up and works as expected. Easy to manually switch it on and off. Comes with a tiny screwdriver for replacing batteries. Havenât had it for long so canât comment on durability but so far am very satisfied with the item. I use it for the grow light for my plants.

Finally went to use them and they make a weird clicking noise
Finally went to use them and they donât work properly. They make a clicking noise about 1 minute into plugging them in for the 30min charge window. Immediately unplugged them for fear they were going to cause an electrical fire. Really upset because the return window closed and weâre stuck with broken, possibly even dangerous items.
