This thing is a great addition to your Apple Mac setup. It essentially lets you use your iPhone as a webcam. Even if you’re running the latest Mac with the new 1024 inbuilt camera, this will dramatically improve how you come across. You’ll appear much clearer, and you can use the phone’s portrait mode to subtly blur out your background, studio lighting to darken the background further and highlight your face, and, if you move about the room, the camera will follow you if you enable centre stage.It snaps to the back of your phone using MagSafe (so make sure you have a compatible phone and you’ll also need MacOS Ventura on your Mac) and feels very secure once attached. I use it with Apple’s official MagSafe leather case and have no problems with adhesion. It then just sits on top of your laptop screen. It doesn’t feel ultra-secure up there if I’m honest (at the end of the day you’ve got the weight of your iPhone sat on top of a hinged screen), but it’s not fallen off yet.It’s extremely well made and study, whilst light and small enough to fit into your briefcase or rucksack without adding noticeable weight or bulk, so great for travelling or hot-desking, too. It’s made from a very smooth material that feels satin-like and premium to the touch. The metal parts have a dark, almost titanium-like finish. It also has a kick stand on the back so if you’re not using it as a webcam you can prop it up and watch a movie on the train, plane or on your desk.Pricey (my only downside). Apple sell it too from their own website so you know it’s not going to be cheap but it’s a quality item and the results are worth the price IMHO.

Fantastic MagSafe phone holder. The material is high quality, the magnet is strong and the stand is adjustable. I feel that it could be a little cheaper though.
