Great heavy duty cable
You can see this is designed for use in a fairly high stress situation, with very solidly designed connectors that protect the cable as it emerges. The cable itself isn’t designed to be pretty though, there is no nice brade or attractive connectors. This is purely functional and hopefully durable. For that I can’t fault it – you want something that will stand up to the use such a cable will have. I’ll have to report back if it doesn’t last well, but I’m hopeful it will based upon how it looks and feels.

Good quality cable that works as intended.
This is very much as described. It works as intended for PC connection, using via a video capture card on a console or just for charging and general use.It has a strap to bind it to the headset arm to help stop any stress if it gets pulled at the USB port. Personally I always use 24 pin magnetic cables to prevent any possibility of USB port damaged. The cable would probably be more flexible and feel more durable if it was braided and although not bad it has pretty standard connectors. The length is good for stationary use but limited for room scale, not that that would be safe with a cable. The price is probably just about OK in my opinion.

Reliable, Fast 5m USB Cable for General Use
I ordered this to use as a standard USB 3.0 cable, it’s the longest length you can use with USB A without needing a repeater, and it has an angled connector, which I prefer.I use this for all sorts of things, at the moment it’s connected to a JBOD Disk Array that’s not near the computer, it uses mechanical drives so the 5Gbps speed is plenty. In fact, it’s good enough for most things, I only need higher speeds for specific devices. It is quite a thick cable, but since it provides stable speeds reliably it’s welcome. Angled connectors tend to work out better for me, they’re neater and put less strain on the port. The silicone rubber strap comes in useful even though I’m not using it with a headset, it has a loop-through system to keep it closed securely. I imagine you’ll need to use it with a headset because the force of the thicker cable is likely to pull it out otherwise.Price-wise, it seems fair, it’s excellent quality and has been reliable for data transmission, just what I wanted it for…

Good Quality Lengthy Cable – Works Great With Quest 3
The Benefei link cable is very strong, robust with a generous usable length of 5m. I connected my Asus laptop to my Meta Quest 3 VR headset using this cable and it works fine and reliably. The throughput seems good and amongst other things I tried Google Earth that I’d installed with the Meta app on my laptop on my headset and it worked a treat. I already own other Benefei products which have all seemed to be well made and of excellent quality.Being a tough and robust cable it shouldn’t be a big issue if you happen to accidentally tread on it as it seems strong enough to take it. There is plenty of freedom of movement as it has that generous 5m length to it. For £14.99 at the time of writing I think it is well worth the money and it certainly works well and seems reliable.

Works well charging and data good
This cable feels study and connects well at both ends to a PC and Oculus 3D. The cable is a little stiff compared to some but feels like it would last a good while. The connectors appear to be well connected to the cable with some strain relief. All users of these know that there is a lot of flexing put on the cable so don’t expect it to last too long. All the cables I have purchased have eventually failed from the strain of hanging from a headset. Hopefully this one will last more than a year. To get more from any cable used in this way its worth fixing the cable to the headset strap with a removable strap like a cable tie. The 5 meter length is better as it give more freedom of movement but you can more easily get tangled up by it.

Great for the quest 3
I was looking for a compatable cable for the quest 3 for a while now, and after trying this I’ve been really happy with it. Consistent connection and a highspeed connection. Ideal for a few different uses, particularly when you don’t want/need to be wireless. Works great with Steam VR.

High-Speed and Long-Lasting VR Link Cable
After running over my existing VR Link cable with my PC chair & breaking it I needed a replacement cable. I am using with a Quest 2 & is working really well. The BENFEI link cable is ideal for connecting VR headsets like Oculus Quest 3 and Pico 4 to PCs for seamless gaming. Its 5-meter length provides flexibility, while the USB 3.0 to USB-C interface ensures fast data transfer with minimal latency. Durable and tangle-free, itâs a reliable choice for immersive VR experiences, making it a valuable accessory for gamers and VR enthusiasts.

Good quality and works brilliantly with my VR headset
This cable is perfect for my Meta Quest 3 VR headset. At 5 meters long, it doesnât restrict my movements, and the supplied rubber strap allows me to attach it securely to the headset without worrying about damaging the USB port. The cable feels well-made. It is thicker than other cables I own but lightweight enough to not be annoying during gameplay, and its thickness should make it very durable. The cable is USB 3.1 compatible, ensuring optimal data transfer rates. Although I havenât tested it extensively, I am happy with its performance so far.Overall, I am very happy with this cable and would recommend it for its quality and value.
Vine Review –
I ordered this to use as general high quality long USB Type-C cable and for that it works great. Fast charging works and the cable length + right angle Type-C adapter are so good for my use. I mostly use it on both a 3 seater couch and in bed, it’s such a luxury to roll around and change positions freely without worrying about the cable. It’s freedom you can rely on. The cable is very thick and a little inflexible, I am very confident in the strength and build quality. Very happy with it.

User Error –
We use this cable on both the Quest 2 and Quest 3 for charging and playing Questlink titles through Steam, Roblox and the oculus store. No issues and it works great with both desktops and laptops under windows 10 and windows 11. This is a great option if you need a USB-A connection to your device.
