As the old remote controlled bulbs were flashing intermittently due to age we saw these and decided to buy them on the deep sale ( cheapest price for the past 4 months)We’re very pleased with the apps functionality. The connection was near instantaneous.Plug them in, turn them on, app adds them. Then you can choose what color settings you like through the app or add the bulbs to a specific scene in the preloaded area.Bulb can be controlled in a group or independently. Which is nice.The app has a better range of functions than Alexa. The agreement and data gathering is minimum at best and only for using the app. No deep data harvesting was noticed in the agreement and privacy terms. Less invasive than Denuvo.

Very happy with the purchase. Took one star off as I thought I could have rainbow colour as advertised. Nevertheless, you can choose shade and strength of colour on the phone app. All in all, good quality.

Bhochy Smart LED RGB Bulbs
You can operate these bulbs either using Alexa, or a Phone App – I used the App to produce the video showing some of the capabilities of the bulbs. You connect the bulbs to the app via Bluetooth – the connection is via the app and BT is left open to pair with something else if required, e.g. a speaker.Basically you have a choice of temperature of white light, and it’s completely dimmable. Then you can select pretty much any colour. There’s a colour wheel in the app you can use, or you can define a custom colour using RGB values. There’s several predefined programs, including flashing and you can adjust the flash-rate from very slow to very very fast.There’s also music and rhythm reaction – here the bulbs create some cool effects but don’t expect them to be beat-sync’d or anything too spectacular – it’s more like a non-DMX set of disco lights on auto. You can either use the music player in the app (it’s not a great one), or you can set the app to listen to music being played on another device via the microphone.The bulbs are 12W and on full are very bright indeed – note they also get a little warm as a result.The possibilities seem to be endless in terms of what you can do – the only limitation is the controlling device. Great bulbs – highly recommended.

Let me make it very clear for you.. This so called smart bulb can be controlled through its own app BRmesh which connects the bulb through Bluetooth yes exactly ! Bluetooth which mean you can’t control the bulb from any further but only within Bluetooth connectivity. You can’t control it from anywhere else.Another worst experience it will never connect to alexa. If it does that means you’re lucky this written itself inside the app.Music syn ??? No way the app going to perform that.Please don’t fall for this false description. I bought it viewing some of the reviews and i got the product for 10.ðð
