works well but hard to get it stable on shipping label
works well for A4 but it was a lot of work to get it to work ( not very well) on 4×6 shipping labels. I returned it and got a dedicated one for labels.

Brilliant
Nice we printer. In fact to tell you the truth, it’s the best I have had ever. Was easy to set up. Print quality was perfect. Nicely compact. And for value for money it is well worth it. Never do I have to buy ink again. Wasted so many printers as to ink always ran out or dried. Performance is pretty good not to noisy and printing is so clear and crisp.

this is the pathetic thing i couldn’t return as well because of being in and out of the hospital in last month.i specifically read comments before buying it 100 pound is more than enough and is actually very expensive if what you are mentioning to have and then doesn;t have that . it claims to print every type of paper which i bought for . but in the end it didn’t go well. it didn’t printlabels which i searched for before buying and it said yes it does . i bought 3 different rims of papers which are completely useless now just as this printer is .battery timing is just pathetic .i literally wasted a lot of my hard earned money on this crap .disappointed . disappointed . disappointed

Printer works well, app you have to use is not great.
This uses the interesting titled ‘Luck Jingle’ app. The app is not the best I’ve used and it isn’t the most stable. I did get it working after some trial and error but it could really be a lot better. The app only will print images and not text or pdf files. It also print out a lot of extra paper each time it prints and I can’t figure out how to adjust that.The printing is fine, its somewhere between the ‘Ours’ and the ‘Others’ – its no photo quality printer but then you would not expect that with thermal printing.While they say these printers are inkless, and they are as far as it goes, you do have to buy dedicated thermal paper instead of ink so it is a trade off. I am pleased that Bisofice does sell the paper here in their store too so at least you know you can get the correct replacement paper easily.I think this printer is great for certain circumstances, its fine for printing address labels or if you need a smaller printer to carry with you. Its not great for printing things you will require long term as even when stored out of direct light the thermal printing will fade over time. Also the app you have to use could use some improvements both on the usability and the stability.

Very portable A4 thermal printer…
I think this is a very good thermal printer; it’s incredibly easy to use and the printing quality is on a par with similar thermal printers I’ve used (it would be unfair to compare it to say, an inkjet for example). The printer has to be used with an app and you can print through this wirelessly so itâs perfect for a phone. I havenât tried it with a computer but I think this might require a wired connection.I think itâs everything promised and feels like a quality tool; top marks for portability too, itâs one of the smallest Iâve encountered that can print on A4 paper. Good value, in my opinion.
