Good quality aftermarket Quest case
Fits the Quest 2 with a padded head strap, everything in one case. Its smaller than the official Meta case, but the controllers fit fine, although you do need to shrink the strap down to fit it in. Feels pretty protective against squishing and knocks, I wouldn’t drop a flight case on it though.

Sturdy case, not suitable for headset with extended battery
We bought this as a gift but unfortunately, the recipient has added an extended battery to their headset so it wonât fit in this case. However, itâs a sturdy case, looks well and will be suitable for a regular headset.

Decent compact Quest carry case but, not QUITE big enough.
Keeping your VR headset safe (and portable potentially) is a smart move and sadly, I always think that it should ship with SOME protection, but they don’t so cases like this are available.Arriving in a simple plastic bag, the case comes with a cleaning cloth and small bag (I will admit being perplexed initially by this).There are three straps internally – one in the base for the headset, one for each of the two controllers, so putting the headset in the case isn’t an issue in terms of keeping everything where it is.HOWEVER, sadly, I have a third party head strap with battery and the case is about 1cm too small in length and width to accommodate it, even when shortened to it’s smallest size – it’s just slightly too wide and slightly too long.I’m sure other straps may fit – it says it’s compatible with the Elite strap (but seriously the cost of that is too much IMO), so unless you have the Elite strap, default strap or a non-battery one, you may find that your precious Quest doesn’t fit. If you do have these – the case is nice, compact and will protect your VR headset. Shame it won’t fit mine 🙁

Synopsis: This case is awesome. Premium materials, design and great protection from shakes, most drops and even water being poured on it (*see video*), this case will allow you to travel with confidence knowing that your Quest 2 is safe inside.Detailed Review:Receiving this case was extremely delightful. It’s packaged well and when opening it you feel like you’re getting a premium product. The case is designed extremely well with durable feeling fabric and construction that is really top notch. The handle is comfortable with a nylon strap covered in a rubberized grip and a zipper that is really secure and smooth.The hard shell protecting your Quest 2 is sturdy and slightly flexible. It’s resilient and rigid enough that it will protect your device from most drops and other incidentals. The listing also stated that the case was waterproof and I decided to test that. I wasn’t going to dunk the entire case into a bath of water but I felt it was necessary to test a decent amount of water being poured onto it, more than if you just left it out in the rain. As you can see from the video the fabric outside the case becomes saturated, but when the case was opened there was no moisture to be found inside. Tally another point for this case doing something else really really well and protecting your quest 2 inside.Inside the case you can see that when the Quest 2 and two hand controllers are placed inside, they’re held by elastic straps. The hand controller straps are tight and feel really secure when youâve placed the controllers in them. The actual strap that holds down the headset itself is thin but the velcro is strong and when placed in between the front of the device and the eye pad it has a good hold. You can see this demonstrated in my video where I perform a shake test with the Oculus Quest 2 inside the case. Nothing shifted, nothing came loose, the only thing that moved was the soft felt bag that was included in the kit.In the end, this case is the real deal. Great protection and secure holding straps make this case really awesome to have. I’m fully confident that my Quest 2 is safe inside this case. Which is really exciting in a way. I now feel totally comfortable taking my quest with me to other people’s houses or even outside at parks. You never know when the mood might hit you to play a game in an open field where you donât have to worry about running into things.Thanks for reading and Later Days.

I bought this case because I was using the Kiwi head strap and the original case did not work to fit the Occulus. This case is good by barely allows for the steam deck and controllers to fit. Feels rather snug so not sure how durable it will be if I drop it. The price is reasonable and does come with a cloth and bag which is good.
