No problems, in garage use.
If this breaks you should have been using a 3/4 or 1in socket not a 1/2in. Even the Snap)-on 1’s break. I have no trouble using my 3/4 milwaukee gun with this adaptor. Car wheel nuts engine mounts, suspension bolts,cv joint bolts. Might it shear taking off an 18 wheeler stud that been on 12 months maybe.

3/4 to 1/2 inch adapter
Overall, easy adaptor to use. Have both 1/2 and 3/4 socket sets so this helps to keep my toolbox smaller. Have a beast of a impact wrench so having this also makes it far cheaper in the long run. I can utilise my entire tool set instead of buying different socket sets to fit the job to be tackled.

Solid
A strong well built tool that did the job, however it did fall off the 3/4â power bar of the same make when a socket was attached due to the extra weight. I donât think it was the fault of the power bar as sockets were held on fairly tightly, the issue may be that the 3/4â female pocket was a little large so the ball bearing in the stub of the power bar was not able to grip fully. Saying that it did the job I bought it for and wonât be used extensively, so no need to return. Just a handy addition to go with my power bar, and cheaper than buying an additional 1/2â power bar and replacing it if it broke!

Don’t even think about it … no I’m serious!
First use and the 1/2″ square just failed. The torque wrench was only set to 250Nm, so totally useless. Can’t be too surprised I suppose, there were enough people saying how theirs failed too.

Good tool
You may not think you will need it but once you get one of these you will be surprised how much you needed it!
