Comfortable
These arrived and where lovely to wear took me a bit of time to get used to what button did what but once mastered was great. Unfortunately the dongle stopped working. I contacted the seller who after a number of emails back and forth sent a replacement. I would give them 5 stars but due to the faulty dongle I have removed a star as was requested to leave a 5 star review by the seller, which I thought was a bit cheeky as this is supposed to be a real reflection and not a demand of the quality of ghe product. I may have missunderstood but dont think so. But that said they are nice for the price paid and the seller was quick to send out the new dingle once the issue was recognised.

Easy set up with decent sound
I’ve been using this for a week now. It’s much better and more comfortable than expected. Really easy to set up and I can be on a team call while upstairs in the house and my laptop is in the kitchen. Sound quality is good and consistent even when roaming.

Don’t last very long
We have been buying these for our business for over a year now, at first they were great and some of the earlier purchases are still in use. However, more recent purchases have stopped working after only a few weeks, either the microphone or speakers stop working. We appreciate they are a very competitive price but would have liked them to last a bit longer. Probably more suitable for personal or home use.

This head phones are amazing. You can hear everything clearly. No static and others are able to hear you very clearly. They fit us right and are adjustable if needed. I use them all my meetings.

I gotta say, I didn’t have a lot of hope for these. I work from home and was provided a very nice, corded headset that was comfortable and great at noise cancelling. However, I needed to be able to get up and down more so I started looking for and trying out headsets. I started a couple of mid priced headsets, which had to be sent back because I could hear them, but they couldn’t hear me no matter what type of troubleshooting I did. I decided to give this a try and I’m so glad I did. The noise cancellation is great, I can hear and be heard with no echoing or sounding like I’m in a barrel. I charged them to 100%, turn them off at the end of my work day and I’m on day 4 of using them 8 hours a day and they’re still at 60%. They’re perfect and I highly recommend them.

WAS working great. Then on the 97th day (7 days outside the return window), the device would no longer charge. Seems like the charging port is quite flimsy and the cable just wiggles in it now. 3 months of fairly light use. I would expect a product to last MUCH longer. Attempted to contact seller but the Amazon assistant seems to freeze up everytime in the chat. I can’t get any further than the picture shows. Hopefully he seller gets this and will respond. Need to search for another brand in the meantime.*** EDIT*** After contacting seller, they apologized for any inconvenience and offered to send me a replacement. Very prompt and Excellent customer service! Thanks!
