Adaptability is a great feature.
First impressions.. smaller than I thought but simple enough to fit. Decide if you want up/down light before fitting. Mine is fitted for horizontal adjustment and angled lights. I’m impressed with the light and sensor although seems quite sensitive.. that said if there is no movement it turns of quite quickly and if all else fails turn off at the switch. Not sure if there is a manual override to stay on. Seems very good value though.

Cheaper than an Alternative Brand of the Same Design
This versatile light was easy to fit by the back door of our garage, in place of a failed outside light (incandescent, not LED) there, fitted by me perhaps over 30 years ago. As the wiring was already there, it was simply a matter of drilling appropriately placed holes in the wall, connecting up the cables to the light fitting & screwing it to the wall. I wanted the swivel feature of each of each of the 2 individual lights units in this Bojim Motion Sensor Outside Light, so that I could focus one light unit towards the back door of our home (straight ahead of the back door of the garage) & the other towards our front door (to the right of our rear garage door). The motion sensor works well & switches on the Bojim Lights on approach up the path from either our homeâs front or back door.The quality & strength of light provided by the Bojim Lights is pleasing & the light unit looks like it will stand the test of time adequately well. And, of course, the LED lights should be cheap to run, especially as the automatic switching arrangement will only require them to be lit when needed.I have a second light unit, of exactly the same design, but of different âbrandâ & from a different seller, fitted to the front of our garage, to light the areas to either sidet, in front of each of the 2 garage doors for car entry & exit. The only discernible difference between these 2 âbrandsâ of the same light unit is that the Bojim Lights were priced at £36.99 when ordered, whereas the other brand had been £45.99, making the Bojim Lights appear to be something of a bargain! The other brand have now chopped their price to £39.99, but that is still more than those from Bojim!

A must buy
Our old light was unpredictable, read the reviews on this light and thought we would give it a go. Got to say it doesn’t disappoint. Very sturdy. Light angle is adjustable and the brightness is fantastic. The instructions aren’t fantastic if I’m honest but as long as you have a little bit of electronic knowledge it isn’t an issue…if you haven’t best get someone to fit it for you. Would definitely buy this again, indeed thinking of replacing out back garden lights with this light source…I would highly recommend.

La hemos puesto en la puerta de casa, vivienda unifamiliar. Donde antes tenÃamos un farol con un interruptor y una bombilla solar para que no se quedara encendido de dÃa, el problema es que entonces se quedaba encendido toda la noche. Si lo apagabamos con el interruptor se nos olvidaba darle por la mañana…Ahora no tenemos ese problema pues con esta lampara hemos eliminado el interruptor. De dÃa no se enciende porque tiene detector de luz y de noche està apagada y solo se enciende cuando detecta un movimiento, con lo que nos quitamos problemas y gasto innecesario.Como se puede poner en diferentes direcciones ilumina tanto la puerta y la cerradura facilitando verla y meter la llave cuando llegas de noche, como hacia la puerta del jardÃn, la cancela para poder ver el camino de entrada o si se acerca alguien a la cancela.Además tiene IP67 lo que hace que se pueda poner a la intemperie, bajo la lluvia, sin problema alguno.

Utilisé pour éclairer au dessus d’un portillon, ce luminaire est discret (éteint) mais suffisamment lumineux (placé à 2m50 au dessus du sol). La lumière chaude est agréable. A noter que sa rotation (très pratique) est limitée à l’horizontale. Bonne qualité apparente : matériaux, étanchéité. Facile à poser.
