This item is perfect, I wanted to put my UE Megablast with Alexa speaker in the centre of my room hanging from the ceiling be able to charge it while its playing but still be able to have it hanging from the ceiling so I needed to run a usb cable from the speaker to the ceiling across the ceiling down the wall and to the mains, I found a white woven mixed material (Nylon and something else) 5 meter super fast gold tipped charging cable but that only made it across the ceiling but less then a meter down the wall so I needed something to go from the mains plug to reach connect and also be able to break the connection when the speaker was fully charged so as not to burn out the battery but not have to get my very nice chair from my desk to be able to disconnect and reconnect the speaker, this mad it easy access and the extension cable isnt as bulky as it looks in the photos and delivers more then enough power to charge my UE Alexa speaker connections both.end are well made and tight gold tipped male to female and I’m a very happy customer straight 10 outta 10 product 👌🏾👍🏾🙌🏾

Great build quality. Decent plastics that are nice and rugged and the cable has a good thickness so I’m assuming it is well shielded from EMI but I won’t be taking it apart to find out 🙂 I’m using this cable to put some space between a very sensitive detector that needs a fair amount of distance from the PC or any other electrical interference and there will be high data transmission between the two so needs to be decent quality. I’ve not had the cable long but it’s working fine. Highly recomended

Needed an USB extension cable for device and didn’t want an active cable so I settled for a 3m of this type of cable. Works great and seems to be of great quality. Should’ve bought one sooner. Recommended!
