So Easy
Early days ! My last canon printer lasted 11 years so this upgrade is exciting. Set up so easy and a matter of minutes. Connecting to my Mac and my phone – again just minutes – download and itâs done. Just printed my first 30 page document so straightforward and good quality. How long the ink lasts??? Who knows but despite a few reviews who say otherwise, it is all set up and printing within 10 mins.

Good printer but not perfect
It seamlessy connect, it’s easy to print, fast enough and I love the paper drawer. I haven’t tried yet to print pictures, but the colors on plain paper are good so I’m expecting with a decent photo paper, glossy or matter, to have good results.
The only thing that bugs me is the single color cartridge so when i’ll be out of yellow, I will have to replace the entire thing.
Scan works great, and the app is nice, maybe just a little overcomplicated. but you just need to get used to it.

Excellent printer
Very good value for money. A good many functions such as double sided printing, scanning a bunch of documents from the top feeder. Nice and easy to load paper, change cartridges etc. all in all, I’m very happy.

Keep looking – do NOT settle for this.
Bought this despite some middling reviews because a. all printers seem to be problematic in some form and b. it was the only mid-price printer that printed double-sided without having to re-feed the paper back in. Unfotunately it doesn’t like accepting paper from the flat tray and only wants to use the rear feed, and that regularly jams for no apparent reason. It also won’t let you adjust page size from a phone so any postage labels I print all come out full size on A4. You have to manually turn it on every time you want to use it, rather than it coming on in reponse to a print request. I’ve tried really hard to cope with it’s foibles as I fear a printer soul mate doesn’t exist but I can’t take it anymore and want a divorce. It has to go.

Easy to setup
Easy to setup on pc, Mac and phone.
The document feeder is great saves time loading individual sheets.
Printing is quick and the double sided option saves on paper.

Fairly straightforward to set up. Print quality is good. Havenât scanned or photocopied yet, but expecting it to be as good as print. Not printed photos, but not prime reason for printer.

I love this printer. It was easy to connect to my PC. Excellent videos and instructions for use as it was very different from my old model. Highly recommended.

The Canon Pixma printer doesnât come with an Australian electrical cord!
