Prevents dust well but keys don’t feel as responsive
I purchased this product to protect my MacBook keys from dust and other various bits of debris.Pros:It says on the keyboard really well and does not slide at all when typing.It prevents dust and smudges as well as you’d expect.It has a cut out for the fingerprint sensor/ power button.Cons:The only thing I would say is the keys don’t quite feel as natural to press as they do without the cover but all of the pros outweigh this one con once you get used to how the keys feel.

Fits really well & has slightly grippy/textured surface.
This is the 2nd keyboard cover I’ve had for my MacBook Pro since owning it. The first came with a case & compared to this one was awful in comparison as it was made from a really soft, flexible silicone with the keys printed on them & just never seemed to want to stay put especially by the cursor keys plus it always seemed greasy to the touch even after wasing it.This model is like night and day; it’s made of a matte, flexible & more rigid silicone & fits the keyboard like a glove. It came with some very thin double sided tape to be used “only if” it didn’t want to stay place but honestly I think including that was unnecessary.After having a cover with they keys printed in black to match the keyboard I was a little concerned that they might be difficult to read under bright light but that’s not the case & everything’s clearly visible from sitting in bed with the light off to catching up on email in full sun at the park.The other thing I like is that it has what appears to be a slightly textured finish which I find much easier to type with as my fingers stay where I put them even whilst eating a bag of crisps or similar, which is why I bought a keyboard cover in the first place 😉Not much else I can say other than I’m very happy with my purchase!

Does not fit a 16″ M3 Pro Max Keyboard
Contrary to the advert and product description – it does not fit a modern 2023 M3 Pro Max Keyboard.The item supplied has the inverted ‘L’ for the Enter / Return key, when in fact it is just a straight line now. So the keyboard insert does not fit it properly. And the two keys above it should be singles too, not combined.I am now forever typing in ” when I go to press Enter / Return key. Very annoying and I’m on the other side of the planet, so little can be done about it.Again, WARNING (contrary to the blurb), if you have 16″ M3 Mac – do not get this keyboard protector!

Love this keyboard protector, really did it’s job and very simple to use! BUT after recommendations from Apple specialists and from owners online, urges you not to install one with the screen closed. While you’re using your MacBook with the screen open, its fine! I just didn’t have the time or patience to remove every time when it’s closed, etc so I have just set it aside.

Glad that they have the option for macbook pro 13 inch with touchpad cover too. Fits in nicely

Very good product; the only concern is that it mutes the typing sound on the keys.
