as good as new
this is as good as new. My only complaint, is about the seemly excessive pricing Amazon charge for subscriptions, but I canât lay that at the fault of the actual item which is brilliant, works really well and performs exactly as one it would expectThis is as good as new. As you would expect from such a product, set up using a Ring app was a breeze, and using it every day has been seamless, pleasurable in fact. Iâd highly recommend grabbing one thatâs refurbished well and painful price for a new one.

Worth the price
Brought the ring door bell after friends and family had theirs and find it helps with knowing who is around and about outside. Got extra battery which I think is a must for change overs

Great device but… battery
The 3 plus is great with it’s 4 second play back, giving it 4 stars because battery. It doesn’t last as long as i’d like, currently about 8-10 days. The removeable battery is an excellent evolution of the doorbell, but i’m going to have to fork out for the second battery. To the Ring Team – next evolution => usb c charging of the battery, a ten hour charge time really is unacceptable. OR just up your price by £10-15 and give a spare battery !

All was well until the battery needed charging and has never worked properly since. Wonât connect to the WiFi then it will. Then the battery needs charging and wonât charge. Total waste of money

Great doorbell, as good as new (I forgot it had been used) only thing is the battery isnât great on it so I am planning on getting the solar panel attachment.

Excellent
It says refurbished, but youâd never know. So simple to get it working through my phone and connecting it to my Alexa. I did have to get my son in law to fit the actual unit to my surround as I never had the strength in my wrist to use the screwdriver lol.The only reason I bought this is because Iâm disabled and can take a long time to get to the door, missing my parcels. Another plus side, I can tell cold callers âno thank youâ without having to struggle to the door. Win win.

Worked great! Until it didn’t
Brought this refurbished ring doorbell as it was an absolute steal and my partner and I wanted the usefulness of taking packages and speaking to people when not at home. It was really easy to install, set-up, and get using. We had absolutely no problems for all of 2 weeks when suddenly it decided to put itself in “set up mode” making it useless. Having tried following guidelines to get it working again (fully charge battery, reset device) to no success we have decided to return it and buy a new one in the current sale. Very disappointing to receive this hassle, it seems as though the refurbishment wasn’t as good for us as it has been for others. I give it 3 stars as when it was useable it was a terrific product jam packed with nifty features that you can tailor to your preference within the app.

Battery is no good
It was working, then the battery started to fade quick. We now seem to be charging the battery every 2 days. It defeats the object of having the ring doorbell. I would not buy this again.

Habe es für meine Gehbehinderte Frau gekauft, die nicht so schnell an der Tür ist. Top Entscheidung . Einrichtung einfach, Anleitungen verständlich, verwendung mit Amazon Echo und FireTV Einfach.Klingelt auf allen Echo Geräten (wenn man will). Bei Kabelgebundener Stromversorgung, ist die Verwendung der alten Haustürklingel Einstellbar. Alles über die Ring APP steuerbar. UND bei verwendung von FireTV / FireTV Stick, kann Alexa das Kamerabild auf den Fernseher werfen.

Ich wollte das im Set mit der Ring intercom nutzen, zu den gerät selbst schlechte Verbindung, Akku schnell leer. Benachrichtigung sehr viel später,oft ist der Postbote weg. Zusammenarbeit mit Alexa schlecht.
