One of the lids is missing a handle. Not a huge deal but annoying – especially because customer service gives no way to request a single handle, but wants me to return the whole set? ð¤¦ââï¸ I donât want the hassle, I just want the handle!

Great storage boxes (20 litre) …
My 2nd order arrived safe ‘n sound as I was so pleased with the first set of 6 20 litre boxes.Spoke too soon though … all the lids and boxes were in great shape, but one lid had its handle missing, and I would like to know if a SINGLE HANDLE can be sent out to me rather than send the whole lot back !!!

I like the bins a lot. They are exactly what I wanted except when I open the box I know one was broken. As I slowly unpacked each of the lids the first 5 weâre ok but the 6th was broken and the the first box was broken but the other 5 are all right. I will try to get the box replaced box Amazon is what it used to be.
