I was under the impression that this journal would help me organize my gym schedule and fitness goals. Yes, it has that option, however 80% of the book is a food journal that is borderline useless. There are so many fitness apps out there that offer a food log virtually. I think I would go crazy if I had to write every single piece of food I ate, by hand, and calculate serving size/calories on my own etc. Just too much work – and I’m more than willing to put in the effort normally. Feels like the creators ran out of ideas and used the food journal as fluff. Normally I like this brand, but they missed the mark with this particular journal.
