Cold and hot pack
The pack when put into the microwave doesn’t always hot evenly and you will need to put it in for four more than 40 seconds. The belt supplied with the pack is not big enough when you are putting it on your back or hip. Have used it a few times on hot not on cold yet but works well.

Ok depending on area of use.
I brought this for my back but I wouldn’t recommend it for this use it’s a bit fiddly and as other people have said it does not evenly distribute the heat. It may be better on other parts of your body but not tried .

Brilliant!
Brilliant!!! Brought to help reduce swelling around my broken ankle. Great size, the strap helps keep it in place. Not heated it yet as just need it for swelling at the moment, but I should imagine it would be lovely warmed up to help aches and warm cold feet!

Great for my sacroiliac joint injury
Used this to help with a sacroiliac joint injury. I was struggling for weeks until I was advised by a physio to use an ice pack so this was the easiest choice. The pain relief was fairly quick, the pack folds nicely into the freezer and feels great quality. But the band provided was quite small would have gotten an extra star for a longer strap

Die Packs werden zum kühlen verwendet und sind sehr komfortabel und praktisch. Die weiche Seite eignet sich wunderbar zur direkten Auflage auf der Haut, die glatte kann bei nachlassender Kühlwirkung im späteren Kühlprozess verwendet werden.Die Verarbeitung ist stabil, was sich aber in der Ãbertragung der Kälte widerspiegelt. Die Kühlleistung würde ich auf 20 statt 30 Minuten taxieren, da die Produkthülle etwas von der Leistung kompensiert.Auf jeden Fall sollte das Kühlfach trocken und sauber sein, weil der weiche samtbelag sonst kratzig wird.
