Getting a refund due to it not holding charge when charged for 2 hours when it says it only needs 1.5 literally battery dies with in 10 mins of use. Really disappointed!

I never want to be that guy but I ordered two of these, neither one stayed on even after full charge, I would literally charge them for two hours and they continued to just cut off, as cool as they look and as bad as I needed them, I wouldn’t suggest buying, I hope they fix whatever the issue is, was looking forward to using them.

I used this with my android phone and the app worked great, battery life was good and its nice and stable. I like that it folds up and fits in the included bag.

OK I have never had a gimbal before… a friend suggested I look into one for when i go hiking as he said “some of your videos make me feel sea sick” and that is because when walking on uneven terrain trying to use a trekking pole with one hand and film with the other when crossing ice… well… it’s hard to hold the phone real steady… he said this would fix it.So I got it… pulled it out of the box and attached my phone… and was completely baffled on why he said that…BUT I WAS MISTAKEN… you see I though gimbals were just a bunch of hinges and weights… and when you rotated it the weight of the phone would keep it facing up… it’s not… lol.I then found a power button….. which I thought was going to be for managing like the remote that allows you to take a photo from range while this is on a tripod etc… I hit that to see what the screen looked like and this empty gimbal started moving… it’s not just weights it is motorized and self balancing more like say a segway scooter or something.So I reattached my phone… and wow these are pretty slick… I have provided a video… near the end you will see a blurry spot and I explain that is the gimbal… because I was really pushing it… like my handle I rotated it clear around the phone like the second hand on a clock… and the phone stayed level… aside from that arm crossing in front of the camera you really have NO idea how much i was swinging that handle around hahaha… I wasn’t being a good photographer… I was intentionally messing with this thing… and the video came out this smooth. Unfortunately I don’t have an easy way to show what I am doing with that gimbal from a 2nd camera like side by side… that would be the real selling point there… you will just have to take my word and that blurry spot and evidence how how crazy I was being with the gimbal to test it.
