Customers say

Customers find these fans reliable, with one noting they work as new after a year of use, and appreciate their excellent cooling performance and beautiful RGB lighting. They are easy to install, with one customer highlighting the customization options through the icue app, and operate very quietly. While customers consider them among the best RGB fans available, opinions on value are mixed, with some finding them worth the high price while others find them pricey. The LED lifespan receives negative feedback, with multiple customers reporting that the LEDs stopped working after about 50 days of use.

Stunning RGB Fans with Superior Cooling Performance
I’ve recently installed the Corsair LL120 RGB 120mm Dual Light Loop PWM Fans in my gaming rig, and they have exceeded my expectations in both aesthetics and functionality. Best RGB ecosystem there is!!!!
It is EXTREMELY hard to take photo that does these fans the justice they deserve. These are by far some of the best looking case fans you’ll find anywhere. Paired with a “Commander Pro” you can run these dead silent and still see good thermals. Replaced my stock fans on my Mugen 5 rev B cooler, in a push pull configuration. At light to medium cpu load these perform just as good as the stock fans. However thanks to the higher RPM’s, perform much better at full load. A little noisy when spun up to 100% but when you have an air cooled system you should expect that. My Highest temps under full load never exceed 77°c (CPU Ryzen 7 3700x).Installation of these fans are fairly straight forward, however be prepared for serious cable management. You’ll need sata power for both the RGB controller and the node core controller + a free USB header. These fans DO NOT plug into your RGB or ARGB headers on your motherboard. Make sure you have somewhere to stick or hide these devices at the back of your case. (The commander pro, is both these devices in one, with the addition of being a fan hub too). With so many mobos having different RGB headers, this system makes it much easier to RGB your system without having to worry about compatibility.Once hooked up you’ll need to install the iCue software which is when the true magic of these fans are realised. iCue is EASILY the best RGB customization software there is. It’s not even close. If you own an Asus motherboard and graphics card, iCue can now be used to customise these too, via a plug in available from the Corsair website.A nice surprise was the reactive RGB profile that activates when playing Farcry 5. The LEDs change colour based on what’s happening in the game. I hope to see this in more games going forward.Very happy with my purchase.

    Great fans with great software
I have four of these fans running in my system – two in the front, one in the back, and one attached to my CPU heatsink. The fans themselves are quite easy to install; the lighting however is controlled by a separate cable which must plug into an RGB fan controller, which itself is plugged into a corsair lighting node pro; both of these require a SATA power connection each and the LNP connects to the motherboard via USB header. The fan hub and LNP are included in 3-packs, but not single or duo packs. Be prepared to do some cable management, but it’s worth the results. The lights are pretty even and powerful and show through strong filters (my case has a thick dust mesh at the front), and the lights are controlled through corsair’s icue software. Each fan can be individually controlled with 12 lights on the outer ring (same as a clock’s numbers) and four on the inner ring, each light independent from one another. I prefer simple ‘base and highlights’ colour schemes but there’s a lot of scope to be creative here. The fans are often somewhat louder than what I was using before – generic PC Specialist fans and Fractal Design’s stock fans – with significant volume increase at about 57% speed and 70+%. While not particularly loud, the difference stood out to me and I value consistency. I recommend customising your fan curve in BIOS to get what you want and monitor temperatures.

    Simple corsair fans.
Had to buy other ones from elsewhere but thought I’d leave an amazon review anyway.Corsair fans! Simple to setup and the RGB looks fabulous, quiet and sleek, makes any build pop out great. Would recommend if you have the money, too overpriced in my opinion however.

Oh, my! What sensational spirals, beautiful and bright RGB colors they are. Added wows and ahs to an otherwise dull and boring user experience to a pitch-dark PC casing! Allowed me to view all the components of the PC clearly especially at night! Enjoyed watching the colors for hours as if like looking into a brightly-lit aquarium with beautiful fishes swimming in the water! Haha…10/10 for aesthetics and functionality!

I ordered 3 pack of ll120. Package includes 3x 120mm fans, RGB fan hub, lighting node pro, screws and couple of 3m stickers. The installation process is fairly straightforward. In my case I replaced the stock fans on thermaltake view71 case. The 3x 120mm fans went to the front of chassis as intake fans. And another ll140 single fan (bought separately) replaced the rear exhaust fan. The stock thermaltake fans were noisy, the RGB lighting was weak and it didn’t sync with MB software (gigabyte fusion). These ll series fans from corsair feel premium quality, RGB lighting is super bright (controllable), completely quiet and great with cooling too. Planning to replace bottom intake fans with another 2x ll120 single fans. The bundled RGB hub with this pack has 6 fan slots of which I am currently using 4. Apart from this I have 3x top aio 120mm exhaust fans from coolermaster which have begun to rattle a bit after 6months of use, the RGB is weak on them as well, though it is addressable by MB software. The lighting node pro controller bundled along with this has two slots, one of which goes to the RGB fan hub, and another I used with node pro expansion pack (RGB strips)(bought separately). The input to the controller is via USB2.0 MB header. Not being able to map the controller to my MB 5V argb header was a disappointment, I think the corsair commander controller support MB 5v argb input though. Also, the fans’ rgb won’t work directly with any other controller or directly with MB 5V header even though you may get a socket match you will not be able to address the colors, that’s corsairs close loop system for you. Next comes the corsair iCue software which once installed, detects your lighting node pro via the usb2.0 and then let’s you configure your number of fans and led strips beyond which addressability and configuration is an absolute charm. This is leaps and bounds ahead of gigabyte fusion. Every single led can be configured individually. There are loads of presets and it even syncs with music and games and great for partying or trippin. Couple of tips for first timers. Get a pwm 3-1 header splitter if you don’t have enough fan headers on MB. Calculate the sata power draw of your fans and led strips and see if you have enough PSU power (it is not insignificant). Understand positive and negative air pressure configurations before installing fans, measure your case dimensions if it will fit the fans before ordering. Lastly, these fans may be expensive..but they will totally elevate a 2L+ build way beyond what stock fans can.
