fantastic head set, bought my second one to replace my old one.
This is my second one, my first lasted 5 years, but eventually fell apart! I use this every day 7 days a week for 8-12 hours. the battery on my old one is stall good holding the charge for 6/7 hours without needing charging. the clarity I get for both teams calls, listening to music and watching films is amazing. I ahvent ahd an issue on any of my devices. Even my son who is 18 (so his hearing is obviously far more acute than mine is in my old(er) age) says the calrity if fantastic.the bluetooth connection stretches right through my house which is great.the only slight neagtive i have, which I only notice now due to getting a new one, is after a while of wearing it im a little sore on my ears as its tighht, but i do have a big head. my older one had obviously given over time.

I bought these gaming headphones last week at a reduced price of £79.00 which was 27% off after searching for a good pair for weeks. I asked all my gaming friends for recommendations and all of them listed different brands. I wanted wireless to say goodbye to the cord which kept getting wrapped around my chair with my old ones. 7.1 surround. A good quality microphone and speakers. A decent battery was also important as some of my gaming sessions on the weekend with friends can go on for hours. I got all of these things.WIRELESSThe headphones use 2.4GHz wireless frequency to connect to your PC witht he supplied adapter. It is essentially plug-and-play, with very little setup required (I discuss iCUE below). The range is great, I can go from all corners of my home and it never cuts out and I haven’t noticed any latency with any game, video or song I listen to. I am still getting used to not being tethered to my desk with a cord anymore and realised today I can actually go and make a cup of tea while still talking to my friends now.BUILD QUALITYStrong plastic design with a lovely shape and adjustable headband. Combined with the comfortable ear rests which do a great job with external noise reduction, I happy with the quality of this product. I also love how the mic can be raised which mutes all input audio if for example you want to go to the bathroom but still want to listen to a video etc. The charging is fast (cable supplied) and has a great length in case you need it while working/gaming and the battery starts getting low. However, I’ve not needed to do this yet. The lights on the side are nice and funky and can be changed to suit your style.SOUND AND iCUEMusic, gaming and video sound quality ARE crisp, with a nice balance of bass. A massive upgrade to my old ELO headphones. The surround is amazing and I can hear the location of every footstep in my games. I have nothing bad to say about the sound quality, absolutley out of this world! I can also hear my friends a lot clearer in Discord calls. You can download the supported application iCUE which can change the colour od the lights on the side, change the levels of bass etc. You can pretty much customize the entire headphone experience via this software and I highly recommend downloading it. It also supports Nvidia Broadcast which only adds tot he overall sound and microphone quality.MICROPHONEWhen I joined a call the other day using these for the first time, my friends noticed a massive improvement to my voice quality. They background noise reduction works extremely well, and makes my voice very clear. I haven’t tested this with games I own which use voice recognition yet but I am sure I won’t have any problems with these either as after hearing my voice back, the feedback was faultless. Sounded like I was in a recording studio!OVERALLExcellent value for money, fantastic quality. I would highly recommend these to any gamer and people who work from home and need to take conference calls. 10/10

looks great, has good battery life and sounds great after tweaking it in the equalizer, but micro b charging is annoying and the dongle for it is massive. not the headsets fault, but the icue software is really bad and messes with other programs.

Very sturdy headset but you will need Dolby Atmos to get the most out of them
I received these recently when my Sony WH900s developed a crack across the left speaker, effortless install does use it’s own arbitrary dongle to pickup the headset’s signal, it will NOT work on bluetooth so won’t work with phones etc. Needs iCUE software installed, I found the presets for the equaliser for the headset to be lacking, even when setting to what I would like still seemed not as good as my WH900. But I also have Dolby Atmos and by using that instead, the sound quality is great, it took about a week or so to get used to them being the new sound but then it felt natural. The 7.1 surround works with Atmos too, so gaming is great and noises sound more distinct while doing so.I would have given 4/5 but for the price and the quality build, I think a 5/5 is fairer.

Perfect headset, very comfy, ear cup size is perfect, sits nice and snug on my head and doesn’t cause a headache from prolonged use. battery life is great as is to be expected and the design – come on, it’s Corsair, of course its great.

Surround sound does not work
The headphones came with absolutely no setup instructions, which was interesting. I thought maybe you just plug it in and it works. So I pluged them in and immediately noticed the surround sound was not working. I then googled and aparently you need to download and install the iCUE software from Corsair’s website. I did this and it still didn’t work. I then googled to see what the issue is, and it seems like a small percentage of people have this issue with absolutely no way of dealing with it. I’ve tried uninstalling the device from device manager, download and install earlier versions of iCUE, etc. It was a complete waste of time. So when you buy this product, you risk being part of the small percentage of people who have this issue. Therefore I would recommend trying a different brand.

Great pair of headphones! Recommended to every gamer out there.
I bought these headphones so I can play with my friends on my computer. The setup of them is literally plug and play. Even a baby could set them up. The batter life seems great, I havenât used the entire thing yet! The headphones are pretty weighty however it makes up with that with great Adjustability, with the band and the earmuffs itself. I can practically fit it nice and snug onto any pair of ears I can find! The value for money is great. They are pretty pricey but some of my friends have had these headphones for years and they havenât given up. Mic quality is great, obviously not streaming good, but itâs good, and you can speak to others clearly. The mic however sits a bit too low if fully down, but you can adjust that too. The appearance is fantastic! These headphones look slick, nice, and just overall great! Iâve had people compliment me for them! I definitely reccomend these if youâre a gamer, very good headphones!
