Shockingly good and excellent battery life
Very comfortable on the head and range exceeds that of its brother the HS80max. Also battery life has thusfar been excellent. Used in conference calls for the majority of each day and a week later still has charge unlike the HS80max which required changing midweek. Sound quality for said teams meetings is excellent.As for gaming which was why someone would choose this set, I found them to be excellent. Especially if you tweak the eq in the iCue software lowering the bass gently and ever so slightly raising the two end treble sliders.Music playback is shockingly good. Whilst they won’t replace my apple Airpod Max, they’re certainly very pleasing. And if you use the dolby app instead of iCue then you can really make them shine (license included which is nice) again tweaking the bottom end to reduce really helps with good natural sound.Because I am older I also increase the top end which really brings cymbals in to focus but that’s a personal preference.All in all recommended.

Make sure you update firmware through icue
Great headset. Really nice having volume controll built into the headset. When I first got it the audio quality was appalling but after I updated the firmware in icue and installed dolby atmos It became one of the best headsets I’ve owned.

We’ll this is a good upgrade, but badly needs software/firmware updates, pairings were not easy, tok me 15 mins to sort it 1st timeWhen using dolby you can’t hear voices very well in games, they are muffeled, if you try and switch out of dolby then all sound is shutdown, except for bleeps and Mike, and needs either a reboot of pc or reconnect of dongler, also when using nvidia voice app, you can’t hear Mike feedback and people I play with said the voice was not clear, although i can hear them clearly, the battery is excellent, and the headphones are really lightweight and comfortable, if software and firmware updates are sorted this could be a great headset,unless I have a fault unit, I’ll give it another week to see how I get on

Top quality gaming experience with these on.As a set of gaming headphones go these are the both me and the son the sweet spot for price and quality.At sub £100 these are within the realms of what is acceptable compared to other brands, the son currently uses a set of (XXXX G PRO wireless lightspeed) and has confirmed that the audio quality on these is comparable in his opinion when used with the dongle. bluetooth audio quality as with any bluetooth headsets does reduce the quality and would advise only using this function if playing on a phone or tablet.Mic pickup was tested by me on my phone and was found to be very sensitive, after calling the wife from another room i was informed the audio was very clear and that the mic was even picking up my wife in the other room as she could hear himself speak with a little delay.In game the son did comment on the Dolby Atmos saying it was fairly clear to work out where people were as the 3D audio you get when activated is very good but not as detectable as his current set which he said was more dynamic. There is no mice noise limiter on these though.The only thing he was not so keen on was the ear pads being a material as these wick up sweat, while comfortable they were not as good compared to the velour ones on his that are easy to wipe down.So the son is happy to have these, i don’t see him giving up his current set any time soon but for the price he said they are a more than acceptable pair.

Zu aller erst, das technische: Das Void kommt mit einer 2,4 Ghz Wirelessverbindung über einen USB-A Dongel. Ja, wirklich, USB A. Warum auch immer. Es arbeitet in einem Frequenzbereich von 20 bis 20 000 Herz, hat 50-mm-Treiber, eine Reichweite von bis zu 15 Metern und ein Omnidirektionales Mikrofon mit Nvidia Broadcast Technologie, wenn ihr denn eine kompatible RTX Grafikkarte besitzt (kleiner Spoiler: Ich hab eine), und eine Akkulaufzeit von bis zu 70 Stunden (laut corsair). Das liest sich doch alles erst einmal nicht verkehrt.Hält es denn die technischen Versprechen auch im Gebrauch? Nun, schauen wir uns erstmal den Tragekomfort an. Es liegt locker auf dem Kopf, drückt nirgendswo, auch nach 4 Stunden nicht, es fühlt sich angenehm an den Ohren an dank seiner Ohrpolster aus memoryschaum und Mikrofaser und es staut sich auch absolut keinerlei Wärme, auch bei Außentemperaturen von 25 Grad. Ja, es fehlt eine aktive Geräuschunterdrückung, natürlich. Schaut jemand anderes TV während ihr Zockt oder kommen von irgendwo anders Geräusche her, dann nehmt ihr die schon war. Aber in diesem preisbereich ist aktives Noisecancelling auch eher nicht so unbedingt der Standart. Daher würde ich sagen: Der Tragekomfort ist schon mal sehr sehr gut.Und der Sound? Auch der hält, was das technische Verspricht. Klare Höhen, die Mitteltöne sind auch noch ganz okay, der Bass schwächelt etwas, aber ich konnte dank Dolby Atmos auf dem Pc und dem 3d Sound auf der PS5 immer hören, wo etwas grade um mich herum passiert. Die Ortung hat immer sehr sehr gut geklappt, nur wenn die Schritte etwas leiser wurden, habe ich sie mal verloren. Man kann das Void mit der ps5, ps4, dem PC, der Nintendo Switch und dem Smartphone, dann eben über Bluetooth, verbinden. Die Xbox Spieler unter euch gucken leider in die Röhre. Und ja, ihr könnt es gleichzeitig mit der Konsole und dem Handy verbinden. Dann müsst ihr euch aber entscheiden, was grade das Ausgabemedium sein soll. Beides gleichzeitig hören geht nämlich nicht. Hier müsst ihr immer über diesen Knopf switchen. Gleichzeitig im Gamesound sein und nebenbei einen Podcast vom Handy streamen geht also nicht. Hier habt ihr immer die Qual der Wahl.Und dann natürlich, das Mikrofon. Hier habe ich die Rückmeldung bekommen, dass es sowohl auf der PS5, die ja keine kompatible RTX Grafikkarte fürs Broadcastaudi hat, als auch über den PC meine Stimme glasklar wiedergegeben wird, es keine Ruckler oder Abbrüche gab und man mich immer verstanden hat. Das ist doch defintiv ein Pluspunkt. Was ich auch sehr mag ist, dass wenn ihr euch stummschalten wollt, ihr das Headset einfach hoch klappt. Diese Funktion mag ich immer sehr, da wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, wieso auch immer, ich es deutlich angenehmer finde, einfach das Mikro hochzuklappen, anstatt den einen kleuinen Knopf irgendwo am Bügel 5 Minuten zu suchen. Abgesehen davon dass man nicht vergisst, das man gemutet ist, wenn kein Mikro vorm Mund ist. Runterklappen, und man versteht euch wieder. Sehr angenehm.Und dann natürlich die RGB Beleuchtung. Da stellt sich mir immer die Frage: Warum? Ja natürlich, ALLES IST COOLER MIT RGB! Keine Frage. Aber doch nur dann, wenn ich die RGB Beleuchtung auch sehe, oder? Das tut ihr hier nämlich zu keiner Zeit. Und die RGB Beleuchtung ist auch für die Menschen euch gegenüber jetzt eher nutzlos. Cool wäre es, wenn es automatisch rot leuchten würde, wenn ihr gemutet seid oder so, dass der Gegenüber weiß, er kann jetzt mit euch quatschen. Aber alles in allem halte ich die RGB Beleuchtung nach vorne ausgerichtet doch eher für etwas überambitioniert. Natürlich könnt ihr die in der Corsair App einstellen, so wie auch den Equalizer. Hier gibt’s aber leider, wie zB bei Steelseries, keine Voreinstellungen für bestimme Spiele. Hier müsst ihr also selbst rausfinden, wie es für euch passt.Wie fällt also mein Fazit aus?Ich halte Das Corsair Void Version 2 für ein sehr sehr gutes Headset in dieser Preisklasse. Es kostet aktuelle 119,99 € und liefert dafür wirklich gute Qualität, sowohl beim Tragekomfort, den technischen Details und dem wirklich guten Mikro. Daher würde ich euch das Void Version 2 definitiv empfehlen. Wollt ihr zB aber nicht auf eine simultane Bluetooth Verbindung verzichten, dann schaut euch doch mal das Steelseries Arktis Nova 7 an, das gibt es ab und an für um die 140 €.

Je suis ravi de ce nouveau Corsair VOID V2 ! Énorme amélioration par rapport à mon ancien modèle que j’ai gardé plus de 4 ans. Celui-ci est plus léger, bien mieux équilibré sur la tête, et surtout… l’autonomie est monstrueuse : plus de 36 heures en usage normal 🔋. C’est 4 fois plus que l’ancien, un vrai confort au quotidien.✅ Bluetooth + récepteur USB sans fil fourni, parfait pour passer d’un PC à un téléphone ou une console sans se poser de questions.✅ Chargement en USB-C, enfin ! Plus rapide et universel.✅ Son surround 7.1 immersif, grave profond, voix claires, spatialisation très bonne en jeu.✅ Micro antibruit repliable et désactivable automatiquement, très pratique.✅ Compatible iCUE pour réglages du son, de l’égaliseur et même du rétroéclairage RGB sur les oreillettes 🎧Franchement, rien à redire pour l’instant : confort, autonomie, polyvalence et qualité sonore, tout y est.
