Excellent little LTE Camera
I wanted this camera to keep an eye on my 91 year old mum who is very frail. It’s worked a treat and literally done everything I required. The picture and audio are very good too with HD / SD. It takes a while to get used to the menu settings, but once you’ve worked it all out is easy to use. After the free ‘unknown network’ 300MB had nearly run out I bought a normal Lebara sim and it worked straight away with no issues. The couple of times I’ve had to ask a question on the chat they’ve come back to me within 24 hours (they’re in China I guess). I’d definitely buy another.

Great little cameraâperfect for peace of mind!
I bought this camera to keep an eye on my parentsâ flat while they spend most of the year in Spain. Instead of installing a full alarm system (they also donât have Wi-Fi), I went with this camera â and it’s been incredibly helpful, especially for checking on the place and keeping an eye on post/mail (Iâve hidden it behind the front door).So far, itâs worked really well. The image quality is solid, and the cheap Lebara SIM I popped in (£1.50/month) has been doing the job without any issues.Customer support has been excellentâthey reached out to offer a free SD card and an extended warranty. Yes, itâs a nudge to leave a review, but honestly, for the price, I think this camera has been a fantastic buy.If I had to nit-pick, Iâd say they could really improve the instructions and app languageârunning the text through an AI tool for better clarity wouldnât hurt. The phrasing can be confusing at times, especially compared to similar products.Overall though, a great little camera with solid specs and performance for the price.

No broadband required, well worth the money
This is a great little camera if the property you want to monitor has no broadband. Purchased a Lebara sim and simply followed the QR code instructions, it was working within minutes. Email support beforehand very responsive. The only downside( not a big one for me) is that it works a bit as I imagine a two way radio does, in that you either can speak or listen( you press the corresponding key on screen), but cant do both simultaneously.

A very cheap camera. The SIM expired on the second day and an option for purchasing online appears so this is how they make money. Camera goes offline once app is closed.

Does the job
After initial hiccups and frustration we finally have the camera up and going. If you need customer service I would advise to email them. The online customer service isn’t great due to the time difference. Eric from ctronics was very helpful in explaining how to set up the camera and reset the password etc. We use it as a calving camera. This morning we had to move it to a different shed. All we had to do was plug it in again and had a new image straight away.The plastic of the camera does feel a bit cheap but it’s to be expected at that price. We use it indoors and time will tell how it will react to the damp Irish weather. We have to use the hairdryer on the modem of the old WiFi camera regularly so we’ll see how this new camera holds up.

Rapidité de livraison.J’ai été surpris d’apprendre que je bénéficiais d’une carte SD qui m’a été aussi envoyée rapidement. la poste a été étonnée car l’envoi venant d’Allemagne il n’y avait pas d’information supplémentaire. Bizarre l’Allemagne est dans la communauté européenne non ?Au niveau du support j’ai échangé avec Elnum. top aussi il m’a aidé à reseter mon mot de passe du compte. Nous avons échangé sur les évolutions possibles du produit et cela pourrait être pris en compte par l’équipe de R&D.la caméra fonctionne très bien avec une bonne visibilité dans le Noir.produit conseillé et qui évite les brouilleurs de Wifi !

Acabo de recibirla y ya la he conectado. Para instalarla me ha sorprendido que trajera un cable de Red telefónica y después de un poco de confusión (siempre me lio) pues no habÃa leÃdo bien las instrucciones la he podido conectar. Funciona adecuadamente, se conecta rápido, si es verdad que tiene un poco de retraso, pero eso no importa si lo que quieres ver es que hay gente extraña en tu casa. He podido meter una tarjeta de almacenamiento que tenÃa por ahà de 30 gigas. Sobre la tarjeta sim, he podido poner una de movistar que tenÃa en un segundo teléfono que apenas utilizaba y que tiene 5 gigas de datos, la reconoce y la cámara funciona eso si, está tarjeta no tenÃa pin. Cuando detecta movimiento envÃa un mensaje al móvil, pero cuando pincho no hace nada, quizás todavÃa no me acostumbro, asà como que miras las alertas pero no hay nada y eso que tengo seleccionado capturas de movimiento. De todas formas estoy bastante satisfecha con la compra aunque tenga un pequeño arañazo pero que apenas se ve.
