    Such value for money
I love this webcam, mostly because of the flexibility it affords. I have tried it in so many places and with a 3 monitor setup, having a fixed webcam on one screen can be quite limiting. This does what I need perfectly. And great quality image too.

Better than in-built webcam. Manual focus the selling point
This is a tiny webcam. Easy use – just plug into a USB port & go. Picture, though not super high quality, is definitely a significant improvement on the in-built webcam on the laptop. The clip is strong and grips to the table well and the gooseneck works well, with enough length to be able to position the camera in the centre of the screen if you want eye-contact or to direct it to a document on the table. Not so long as to become unwieldy in use. It is useful to be able to leave this attached to a desk if you use it frequently, rather than having to pack it away every time you want to move a laptop, as is the case with webcams that clip to the top of the monitor. The image-flip button is really useful if you need to quickly switch between face & document. For me, the manual focus is the key feature of this camera. I’ve had ongoing problems with auto-focus cameras phasing in & out of focus. This webcam resolves the problem. I’m a little puzzled about the range of the focus, as it provides a good image when rotated as far as it can go in an anti-clockwise direction, but adjusting it clockwise very quickly takes it out of any useful range – not even at macro level – so I’m a bit confused as to what purpose anything but the setting to the extreme left has. That being said, set to it’s limits to the left/anti-clockwise position, it focuses on the face well and the focal range is impressive, so I can have the camera trained on anything/anyone from a distance of 8cm to many metres from the camera and it remains in sharp focus. So, despite the manual focus being really more of a fixed focus, its focal range is very good and eliminates any unwanted phasing & adjustments from an auto-focus camera.Overall, it’s a useful webcam for situations where very high quality images aren’t crucial, and I think it’s well worth its £19.99.

    Fantastic for the price!
This webcam is a great option for anyone who wants a flexible and high-quality video conferencing solution. It’s compatible with most popular video conferencing platforms, and the image quality is excellent.I particularly like the flexibility of the stand, which allows me to position the camera at the perfect height and angle. However, I do find that the camera angle is a bit wider than I would like, so I have to move it closer to my face to avoid capturing too much of the background.Overall, I’m very happy with this webcam especially for the price (£19.99). It’s a great value, and it offers a lot of features that I find useful.

Low resolution and framerate for a modern cam
This is a gooseneck ‘eye contact’ webcam, allowing you to position it exactly where you want. It’s great for face to face calls like Zoom or Skype.Installation is easy, it’s basically plug and play (on windows PC, I didn’t try on Mac). The physical side was also simple, you get a good quality clamp and the gooseneck stays rigid no matter what. The main let-down is the sensor itself, which for some reason is only Full HD at 30 fps. These days even cameraphones have 60fps 4K, so using a cheap sensor on a fixed camera seems a little strange. Even more so considering this is about focussing on someones eyes/face, where lack of detail will be noticed. The CMOS sensor works well enough and has decent noise handling and brightness, and accurate colour reproduction as well.If you can cope with the lack of detail (and that will come down to the price) then it’s a decent bit of kit that does the job.Otherwise, avoid, and get a more modern-specification webcam.

    Fine
Works just fine as a webcam, alright quality for video calling. It’s meant to be ‘eye contact’ so you place it in the middle of your screen so it looks like you’re looking at the camera even when you’re looking at other people, but honestly I just find it annoying to have anything in front of my screen so I don’t use it like that. Also the long stalk makes it a bit prone to wobbling if you bump your desk.

This webcam has been great to use! I attend WGU and they need an external webcam for proctored tests. I looked at the one they recommended and a few others and I thought this would be the best option for me. I don’t have a ton of desk space so I passed on ones that had a base that would stand on your desk. This one has a clamp that allows for a lot of attachment options. I have a thin desk, so I can clip it anywhere around the edge or to a drawer. You can also clip it to a monitor stand. I would not recommend clipping it to a display as the clamp is very strong and may break the display. I also love that it comes with a little black drawstring bag. When I am done using it I roll it up and put it to the side. The image is clear and you can rotate the lens to adjust the focus. This is really handy with WGU because they have you show your ID to the camera, and then you can manually adjust the focus to make it clear. I’ve liked using this webcam so far and would purchase it again

I like the fact it is connected to the goose neck, but the quality is not as good as other cameras. Since I use it for work and have multi screens it is great at keeping the camera at eye level at sitting and standing position.
