Great camera at great price
Easy to set up ,clear filming ,adjustable angles & camera follows you round when detects movement. We have attached it to our garage & plugged it in through there. Really happy with it and working well in all sorts of weathers -heavy rain/snow etc. This was to replace a Tapo outdoor camera we recently bought, which had to be returned as after a few weeks it rained heavily & it stopped working! Tapo camera solar panel was also inefficient as power kept dropping & we had to keep taking it down to charge it. Much better plugged in. Dekco camera was significantly easier to set up as well and half the price of the Tapo one we had!

The camera is awesome you can control it via your phone it has two way audio and has an i.r light enabling you to see at night aswell as a tracking feature when it picks up movement.
It has a 360° rotation and can be moved up or down aswell as having a panoramic photo setting within the easy to use app so if you would like to view a certain way just tap the picture and the camera will move to the selected spot, it is such an easy camera to set up all you need is to drill three holes and screw the included screws into the wall and insert a SD card (not included) and then simply plug the camera in then it has a simple step by step guide on how to set up the app including the features and it also saves to the cloud for 30 days or you can download specific events if you need and then once 30 days have elapsed the camera will start to write over all previous recordings.

So for a great functioning small camera that’s half the price as main brands but better this is the perfect camera to have and I’ve owned this for about a year now and it still functions as good as it did when I brought it new.

Almost perfect
These cameras are very impressive, Iâm not joking I can’t think of anything I’ve ever bought that was as good value. I bought one of these to replace one of three other cameras I had because it was just so unreliable, it was slow to get in the app and load the live feed and it would only rarely be possible to view recordings but this Decko camera has been a revelation.
The app itself is very well made and easy to use with plenty of options and settings, the image quality is great and then thereâs the features such as having full 360 degrees control of where the camera is looking via the app, it has night vision lights and led lights which you can set to turn on when motion is detected to get a full colour image at night. The motion tracking works really well but I have it turned off most of the time because the camera catches just about everything I need to see without needing to be moved and I canât imagine the motors will last forever if they’re constantly being used. The motion alert system works perfectly for our front door, it doesnât send me notifications when a car goes past or a person walks on the pavement but it does as soo as someone walks on my drive which is exactly what you want.
The only unknown about them is how long will they be reliable for so I will update this review periodically good or bad. Iâve had them running for a few days now and they have all worked without fault, my only criticisms I have so far are that the SD is easily accessible and can be quite easy to see where it is stored which is not ideal if you have it low down within reach but I suppose if anyone was going to try and tamper with an accessible security camera they would more likely just try to block the camera view. The only other thing is with the camera we have covering the back garden was constantly turning the LED lights on and off at night, this is due to a function which turns on the LED lights when it detects a person but my guess is it was identifying our folded up garden parasol as a person because it is a similar size and shape as a person and was moving slightly in the wind, thankfully I was able to just turn that function off in the settings.
I just canât believe how good these are for the money, I was so impressed it I replaced all my other cameras and added one more so every inch of the outside of my house is covered, I got them for the ridiculously cheap price of £26 each but I’d honestly Iâd have been happy with them at 2 or 3 times the price I paid.
UPDATE: Iâve had these cameras for about 7 months now and they are working very well. Only negatives I can say is itâs a bit awkward viewing the playback sometimes, it can get a bit laggy a freeze up sometimes but Iâve never been unable to view a certain recording. One annoying problem which took a while to work out a fix for is sometimes the cameras disconnect from the network. This was a real pain to begin with because I had no idea how to get them connected again, I tried deleting the camera from the app and re-registering it but that didnât work. Iâve now worked out all I need to do is reset my router and if any cameras still donât reconnect then just power the camera off and on at the plug. I donât know if this is a problem on the cameras part or if itâs something with my router but it happens once every few weeks.

Excellent value for money
The cameras were childâs play to fit and set up and very well made. They work really well with many handy features but that doesnât mean they are complicated to operate – far from it. I chose this brand for the low price and features. They cover a very wide area and are crystal clear. £66.00 or thereabouts for two is almost âthrowawayâ money but I canât see it happening as they are so well built.

Image quality is appalling
If I wanted this as a security camera I’d be disappointed to be honest…
The image quality is like the phones from back in the day and as such is unable to read a car number plate in broad daylight on a sunny day from 20 ft away!!!! I’m blind and can still see the numbers without my glasses!
The only reason I bought it was so I could do things and not worry about missing a parcel or anything like that as I hate just waiting around looking out the window so now I can do other things and use my phone to know when someone is here ðð
To sum up;
If its for a security camera then go for one with better quality if its for knowing when someone is at your front door when you cant be constantly looking out the window then yes its perfect ð

So yesterday I received an email from some random person claiming to be an employee of the company that makes these cameras, they wanted live screen shots and other things…
I have never felt so violated online as I did when I received that unwanted random email regarding a cheap camera purchase on amazon and they even copied and pasted my entire review as well!
