Not as advertised and appalling customer service
Great computer. Advertised as contained Office 365 fully installed. Actually, there was no Office at all. As I required it urgently, I paid and loaded it myself. The customer service response was absolutely appalling and hung up on me after I suggested a gesture of goodwill, like a laptop bag etc.

A plain no gimmick laptop. 16Gb of RAM, 1Tb SSD and i3 intel processor with Win 11 and MS Office built in. A good work-a-day m/c.

The product claims a full version of MS Office.However you still need to buy a subscription so it is very isleading

This new product has been shipped out by Dell with charging fault.
Setting this laptop up for personal use, was going really well, until I realised that it was NOT charging. I found out how to cancel the orange light and even tried a similar charger, to no avail. This brand new laptop just WILL NOT CHARGE!!!!!

While a core i3 machine such as this one is not designed for gaming or computation-intensive work applications, for ordinary household use this machine is fast and reliable. I have another Dell laptop that I have had for four years and have had no problems with it. This one has a solid state hard drive and 12 GB of memory and both combine to make the machine very zippy. I am very pleased with it.
