Does not support multiple displays on Mac. Even using the TB passthrough having issues. Works perfectly on Windows. Power button does not work.Edit: HDMI cuts out randomly. do not waste your time

Worth the money
It is a little expensive but I think it is worth it. It was available much quicker compared to Dell’s website. It has enough juice to power any usb c laptop. It works with macbooks as well, but does not support dual monitor. This is the limit from Apple and not from the dock.

Useful dock but NOT brand new
This is a very useful dock for laptops that have at least Thunderbolt 3 and above. The laptop does not even have to be a Dell. As long as it has Thunderbolt then it should work. I am using this dock for a Lenovo ThinkPad T480 (TB3) and it works perfectly.This dock essentially allows you to connect all your devices to a single Thunderbolt cable, which also charges the laptop.I can connect 2 x 1440p monitors with DP ports without issues. The USB and Ethernet ports also work out of the box without any additional drivers.Yes there is a fan inside, but it only comes on once the unit is powered up and only for a few seconds. Otherwise it is completely silent in operation. It does not get hot, not even warm. So I am not sure why there is a fan at all.My unit came with a 180W PSU. Some variants are supplied with 130W so beware. The power brick is almost as big as the dock.I was sent the earlier version WD19TB which includes a 3.5mm audio jack. The one advertised – WD19TBS – does not have the audio jack.I was under the impression these units were brand new. The one I got was not. It was in good working condition though. For the price I don’t think these docks are good value. However if you need to use multiple monitors and extra USB peripherals there are no better alternatives.NOTE: If the USB ports do not work, then it could be due to a security BIOS setting under the Thunderbolt menu. You need to remove all Thunderbolt security to enable the USB ports.

Working perfectly with MacBook M1 Pro
Have this working perfectly driving 2 4K monitors at 60Hz, one using HDMI and the other using a Thunderbolt to Display Port cable. HD webcam, keyboard, and mouse all connected via USB. MacBook 14″ M1 Pro getting enough power from the dock.

Arrived in excellent conditions. Came with two plugs, the typical UK one and an extra EU one, which I loved. I was unaware they could offer both. It could have saved me buying an EU one beforehand :).

Faulty device
We ordered this product and paid the full price, but the manufacture sent us a second hand one and charged us the full price. as when we opened the box on arrival it had dust on it and didn’t even looked new at all.AVOID THIS PRODUCT

No puede decirse que fuera barata pero la dock cumple perfectamente su función, tiene capacidad de sobra para gestionar la conexión del portátil y las dos pantallas que tengo, y dispone de puertos con una velocidad fuera de lo normal a dÃa de hoy. Como plus, es compatible con el estándar de soporte que permite colgarla detrás de la pantalla, lo que hace que no te ocupe espacio en la mesa. Para mÃ, ideal para construirte una buena estación de trabajo en casa.

El producto llego antes de lo esperado y en excelentes condiciones, llevo unos dÃas usándolo y me ha parecido bastante buena su respuesta tanto en video como con discos externos y otros periféricos, pude conectar mis dispositivos sin problema solo usando el cable de conexión a la laptop sin tener tantos cables conectados a la laptop, habÃa usado otros thinkpad usb c que también me parecÃan buenos pero sentà la diferencia de velocidad con los mismos dispositivos conectados y sin sufrir retrasos de conexión en los mismos.
