The neck fan came fully charged. It has several speeds to give cool air. Has a bendable back piece to sit comfortably at the back of your neck. It comes in several colours. No annoying extra bits sticking out.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Absolutely crap, the box was already opened in the Amazon packaging and when my partner went to use it, it wasnât working on one side, and the side that did work wasnât very strong anyway. I think we was sent a returned fan
