You get what you pay for.. poor quality for low price.
The first time we use the tripod we set it up in the sand place two rods on them. Its slightly breasy but not too strong but the rest falls over when we catch a bite, a small bite. When we picked it up we notice one of the aluminium legs had split open. Wont be buying it again. If thats what happens with a small bit I dread what would of happened with a larger bite or if 5 rods had been on it. The materials used in its manufacture are too lightweight for its job. Extremely poor quality and a waste of money.

OK ish sorta does the job
Well it’s not the sturdiest peice of equipment I have uses…but it has allowed me to go beach casting with it a few times maybe 6 at most. I now fear it’s longevity is coming to an end as it is showing multiple signs of stress, the legs are buckling it’s leg locking mechanisms have made some pretty gruesome noises whilst tightening, I don’t think they will be around to tell any tales much longer by the sound of things. This thing quivers in a mild breeze and hard surfaces like a concrete floor nah forget it the legs splay like bambi on ice. Things that knock it over: – 1) a mild breeze 2) anything above a mild breeze will knock it over 3) a decent fish bite -say bye bye to your rod 4) change in tide 5) if you look at it too long. I mean all in all it does what it says on the box for the price of it but you really have to dig it’s flimsy little legs into the sand being on the brink of snapping these twig like legs but yeah after all said 13quid and you got yourself a tripod…ish
