They are a sturdy material, good quality zips, no weird smells and really handy to store winter/summer wear and will fit bedding and duvets.However if you’re really after space saving I’d still say go for the vacuum bags there’s no comparison on the space saving there. However, recently I’ve had a few bad experiences with leaky vacuum storage bags off amazon so just went for these. Better value and fit a lot of stuff. See pics for fully expanded and fully compressed comparison. I’ve taken the pics against an IKEA chest of drawers to give a sense of the size and space.
