Cheap and easy solution
I ordered one of these back in September. It worked well but unfortunately failed in December. I contacted the support who were very quick and clear, they asked me to try a couple of things which didn’t work and sent me out a replacement device straight away.I’ve used expensive (Dell) port replicators in the past, but this does the job just fine and also doesn’t need any drivers which is a big benefit.The fact the support were so responsive was excellent too.

USB C port on the Dock doesn’t seem to work.
I bought this after thorough research and when I received it, on day 1 USB C port on the device didn’t work. Is there any limitation or is it a faulty device? Seller, could you please answer this question?

Don’t buy it – It’s blown a charger of mine, doesn’t work.
It’s been a nightmare from day one. It needs to be plugged in externally, didn’t realise this when buying it but fine. Then it blew my USB charger and broke it. It can’t support a portable hard drive, I thought they were broken because they were making clicking sounds. It doesn’t support 2 HDMI cables, which was why I bought it. It barely supports even the one HDMI cable, I have to mess around in my display settings continuously and swap it from the USB port to try to connect even ONE external monitor.I’ve given it a few weeks to try it out, but it’s not working and I’m sick of it. I’ve gone back to my old HDMI adaptor and USB adaptors.

Ich habe den USB Hub seit 1,5 Jahren problemlos als Dockingstation im Einsatz (zwei Monitore, USB Geräte und SSD) und erfüllte genau die Erwartungen. Leider ging nach 1,5 Jahren ein HDMI Anschluà nicht mehr und der HUB hat den Laptop nicht mehr mit voller Leistung geladen. Nach einem kurzen Kontakt mit dem (sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten) Kundendienst bekam ich ein innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein Ersatzgerät. Ich hoffe jetzt, dass dieses länger hält, da der HUB an sich für den Preis unschlagbar ist.
