Low profile light very bright
Had a few problems installing this, Alexa wouldn’t detect the light, type cozylife into the Alexa app and enable the app to work, simple as that, now working via the app or simply ask for the light to turn on, dim, change colour etc, 10 min DIY installation if you got the tools for the job ðð½GREAT value in my eyes

Simple setup, pleasant colour temperatures
Really slim against the ceiling, easy to mount. It remembers the last colour temperature setting if turned off at the switch.I couldn’t figure out from the instructions how to get the remote to work, but linking it to WiFi with the app was easy enough, and then on to google home.Only giving 4 stars because:- some light glows around the top of the sides at four points 90 degrees apart- I’d prefer it if it dimmed further than it does (which is OK, but not really low).

Good light for the money, connect to Smarthings or Alexa to get the most out of it, as app is basic
This review is for “DoHome Smart LED Ceiling Light WiFi Ceiling Light 24W 1920lm RGB 2700K – 6500K Dimmable, APP or Voice Control Compatible with Alexa/Google Home.”I’m really quite impressed with this light. It is quite thin and was easy to install with a ceiling/wall mount bracket that the wires pass through before connecting to the light fitting. The light then fixes to the bracket with a small turn to grip the bracket. However there is no IP rating sticker on the product, so it cannot be installed anywhere that the IP rating would be relevant, e.g. bathrooms.The light itself is very bright at its maximum, but colours are a bit washed out – there is no way to get a rich red colour for example, just a pretty pastel pink colour !The light can be operated just with the remote control for basic functions of colour temperature, RGB cycle and brightness. The app was easy to set up and pair using my android phone – it is the CozyLife app and unfortunately for me, despite having loads of smart device apps on my phone, required an installation of yet another new single-device app. The usage was not much better with the app, as it is pretty basic – allowing individual colour selection, on/off timers and a microphone music mode that changes the light according to the rhythm picked up by your phone’s microphone – if you choose to give the app permission to listen in on your phone’s mic !Integration was a bit better, as it does link with Smartthings via a cloud-cloud integration (not local control). This opens up much more opportunity as Smartthings allows circadian lighting and light integrations with other triggers such as opened doors, motion detectors etc. My existing link between Smartthings and Alexa meant that Alexa picked up the light automatically so I didnt need to link my Cozylife account to Alexa – although this is also possible. As a result I have voice control on the light too.Overall, I’m happy – but only because I have the Smartthings integration. If you are happy with basic remote control, or having a dedicated single-device app on your phone, or having Alexa control (via voice or programmed routines) then this light woudl still be fine for you. For me the Smartthings integration makes me happy. There is no Home Assistant integration.The price at the time of review was around £23, with a 10% voucher available on top of that – so pretty good value for what you get.

Really impressed with this light! Itâs bright at full power (1920lm) but fully dimmable, which is great for setting the right mood. The range from warm to cool white is very useful, and the RGB colours are a fun bonus, especially in the evenings.Set-up was quick with the app, and it works seamlessly with Alexa â no hub needed, which kept things simple. Perfect for the bedroom or kitchen if you want smart lighting without the fuss. Stylish, modern, and very handy!
