A peace of mind when I go out.
Everything worked really good and had no issues with it so far, notifications were sent on time and the only problem I had was that I couldn’t fit it properly on the door so I had to DIY an extension

Massive delay in detecting open
These sensors appear to go to sleep mode, probably too save battery so when you open the door they have to wait up, reconnect then send the signal, I have one on my loft hatch to turn the lighting on via a smart plug. However I can open the hatch, get the letter down, get in the loft and do what I need to then closer the hatch and it will hasn’t registered it’s been opened. Basically useless.Replacing with a ring door sensor.On the plus side they do look nice 😉

Disappointing
Using this door sensor via the Alexa app , the response times a mixed , overall I would say they are disappointing. Response times have been between 30 second to instant, but mainly long response times off to 10 to 30 second. My internet speed is 300 mps . So it’s not my internet is Amazon servers which are the problem. If I use the smart life app the response times are instant, so I don’t recommend using it with the Alexa app. I brought this sensor to turn on the hall way light when you open the front door when it gets dark so you are not fumbling for the light switch . You can mount the magnet of the sensor at angle

These are good sensors we hooked them up to alexa and when the front door opens they tell you the door is open.

Keeps going offline
Ok to set up, had a few difficulties but eventually connected it to WiFi. Unfortunately it keeps going offline, I will try connecting a WiFi booster nearby to see if it makes a difference. Also, it is a little slow in notifying when the door is open, and sometimes it never notifies that the door is closed again. I will be buying a different brand for my next sensor.

WIFI RANGE PATHETIC
I have other branded sensors that work flawlessly, these are in a small bungalow and can not connect through one wall once you get up to or further than 4 meters.I bough two and both are the same, so itâs not a âfaulty oneâ. I had to move the other brand to the furthest from the router where I wanted them and move these to the parts I require sensors on that are closest to the router. Would not recommend these at all.

Entgegen negativer Bewertungen bin ich sehr positiv überrascht.Die Verknüpfung zur Smart Life App konnte schon beim ersten Versuch unkompliziert hergestellt werden.Der Sensor wird als Briefmelder in einem geschlossenen Blech-Briefkasten, ca. 4 Meter vom Repeater entfernt, betrieben und hat Verbindung zum WLAN.Die Signalübertragung ist zwar etwas langsam, aber funktioniert: Auf dem Handy wird eine Benachrichtigung angezeigt, wenn die Briefklappe geöffnet (und/oder geschlossenen) wird.Geht doch.
