Good and excellent service
I had an initial problem with the mic range on the headset. I contacted Earbay and they kindly sent me a replacement headset FOC.It turned out to be a settings issue and not hardware. This headset is clear and crisp and the range is now fine.Excellent customer service.

Excellent headset for team meetings
These were brought for team chats for work. They are very comfortable and the battery lasts hours after a full charge.They are light and easy to wear for long meetings. Also the range seems good and I have had no problems wandering around my house while using them.The only complaint I have is the mute button. When you press it you hear a voice saying the headset is muted, which means you can’t hear people talking. Still this is a minor thing and they are still worth 5 stars for the price.

Rubbish. Don’t buy
Sound quality is good without microphone (i.e. if you just want to listen to music). Calling someone via Teams or on the phone, the microphone quality is rubbish (people complained they couldn’t hear me) and the sound quality becomes really tinny. I don’t recommend these at all.

Good enough, but a couple of annoying flaws
Bought this as a quick get me out of a problem set when my exciting set broke and it does the job. Headphone sound is good and others have said the mic is good their end.I really like the fact that there is a button on the mic that I can use to mute the mic, so I can wander away from my computer while on a call and do stuff but donât have to run back to the computer to unmute, however there is a downside to this. When you press the mute button the sound switches from what you are listening to to a voice saying âmute onâ or âmute offâ. I like the thought process about positive reinforcement of action, I just think itâs poorly executed.The other problem I have is that the earphones are at a fixed angle that means the bottom of them are pressing against my earlobes but the top leaves a gap between the headphones and the ear tips, which means for longer calls they are uncomfortable. They probably fix a specific head shape, but sadly thatâs not mine.The last issue is that when you plug them in to charge they turn off, so if you are in the middle of a call and they battery starts to die on you you have to hope there is enough charge to get you to the end of the call.Having said that, theyâre functional and work, which is all I needed.

Very comfortable and adjustable. Good sound and very easy to set up and pair. Please note microphone mute only works on your mobile phone so you’ll need to cancel sound on your laptop if required.

Built to last
I have used these headphones for over a year and have never had a problem.Quick charging and easy to use.Bluetooth is easy to pair with your device which you can connect two at the same time.I’m a taxi driver so constantly have them on my head, there weight is very light.Sound quality is good and the battery lasts at least 3 days with over 8 hours use each day. This includes phone calls and watching videos.

I have been using this headset for the past year. Let me tell you, this is probably one of the best headsets that I have used. They not only work as an excellent headset, but also an excellent pair of headphones. The earpiece is comfortable, I don’t have any fatigue after hours of use. Many times, I didn’t even know that they were on my ear. Now let me tell you the best features of this pair, they connect to the Bluetooth on my computer as well as my cell phone simultaneously. It will say connected twice when I turn them on. When I am listening to audio on my computer, and I get a phone call, there is a seamless transition between computer and phone. The video pauses, and I just tap on the answer button on the headset and talk on the phone. Now once I am done with my phone call, I can just un-pause the video and continue. One of the most wonderful features of this headset is that there is no lag in the stop start sequence in YouTube or any other video. These are the first pair of Bluetooth headphones that I have seen this feature on. Even my air pod pro’s have a lag when restarting video. Phone calls are crisp and clear, audio is wonderful and rivals even my $100 headphones in quality. If you are looking for a wonderful Bluetooth headset, look no further, because I honestly don’t think you will find a better pair on the market.

I ordered this Bluetooth headset to use for work meetings using Microsoft Teams. My old wired headset is falling apart and I decided to try this one. It was simple to pair with my Windows laptop over Bluetooth, and immediately showed up in my list of audio devices for Teams calls and meetings. The headset sits comfortably on my ears, and I could hear the other meeting participants clearly. Unfortunately, they complained that my voice was distorted and they could not understand what I was saying, so I had to switch back to my old headset. I will be returning this product for a refund, as it is unusable for the purpose I bought it for.

I would give it 5 stars if graded on a scale based on the price. It connects to my device quickly. The noise cancelling mic works well, people on the other side said they couldn’t hear music being played right next to me on my computer speaker, this is an important feature for people who makes calls. It’s a bit like a lesser copycat of the Voyager headset that costs 5x as much, which I also have. Some of the flaws include the volume, even at the lowest level, is way too loud, it’s not as comfortable as the said Voyager, and I don’t think it can be connected to 2 devices at the same time – at least I couldn’t figure out how.

I am a streamer, and prior to this I used a Wired headset, and let me tell you, switching to a wireless has FREED ME. I LOVE this headset, the battery will last for a full 12 hour (probably longer) stream and I can move around. the ONLY issue I have it the built-in mute button ONLY works for Phone connections, not PC, which sucks, but I can mute via my PC do it’s not a deal breaker. but I would HIGHLY recommend this headset for ANY stream that does long streams. Just don’t forget to plug it in when not using lol
