Finally I have my piece of mind.
Excellent Doorbell camera. A must have for home security. I recently purchased this for my back yard and I couldnât be happier with my decision. Installation was quick and simple. Even for some like me whoâs not a tech person. Follow the instructions thatâs come with it. Download the app and ready good to go. Adjust your view angle. When I put it on the battery was 69% and after a week itâs still on 51% when is brilliantly good. The app is user friendly and responsive with access to saved footage. Overall this camera has significantly improved my home security and convenience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for something with paying monthly subscription.

Cheap and good
This wireless HD video doorbell camera is quite cheap because it has no monthly fees come with memory card. The camera quality is good whether itâs day or night Clearview. You get notifications to your phone when thereâs any motion since you also can have a two-way audio to communicate with any visitor or delivery driver. Since it already has the memory card you can save important footage and it also gets over it automatically overall it is a cheap and effective doorbell camera.

Pros. Video ok. Audio good. Easy to set up.Cons. Keeps disconnecting. Lags. Router is located not 2 metres away but struggles with connection. Have to pay for a subscription service after a months free trial.Overall. Ok when it works, which is 50% of the time. I won’t be buying a subscription.Updated from 5th Jan 24. Had an email from the company after seeing my review. Told me to send them my device code and their engineers would look at it. Now it’s working a lot better. Factory reset or something? Don’t know but they fixed it. Now giving this product 4 stars.Can’t fault the customer service. Hope it stays working. ð

BEWARE! They change your settings.
The free storage of video clips is a great idea. But, if as the providers of that free storage, they decide that you are storing too many video clips, then they log into your account and remotely change the motion sensor settings on your doorbell. You need to know this as it may negate the whole point of buying these. Also, they must check your videos to know this. I do not trust them at all. They do not deny changing my settings when challenged. They spin some yarn that 400+ (they say 400 in one message, then 500 in another and 200 in another, so they are clearly just making up numbers to insert into their excuses) videos means automatic reset, but they are still changing my settings for as few as 2 videos per day. Every day I check my settings and every day they have turned off motion sensing. Appalling. AVOID!Update… having posted the review above, the remote overlords of my video doorbells have decided that they now want to charge me to see all my videos. I have reminded them that I got 3 days free with the purchase price, but no matter, they have pulled the 3 free days on all of my devices at once (nb I did not buy them all at the same time.)Buy ring.com instead. These people lie.Update2… They have now made 2 of my devices disappear completely from the Aiwit app. Alice Zhang of customer services has not responded to messages on the customer service chat since August (it’s now October). This company is untrustworthy, their products are worthless, their customer service is a joke, their assurances are lies. Go to ring.com instead.To be continued… (as doubtless they will not get any better, so expect more examples of rip-off behaviour here on this ongoing review soon!)Update3… after daily messages to customer services for 2 months, not one reply. Nothing. That they offer 3 days free Video, but do not provide it, is fraud. I was going to post the full online help chat transcript (spoiler, it’s just my posts, no replies) but the Aiwit app ‘does not permit screenshots’. Ha. Why am I not surprised. And, the customer satisfaction link has been disabled. This is one of those companies we are constantly warned about…. caveat emptor. Too right!
