Display could be upside down
Very easy to fit as a replacement to conventional TRV head. Easy to connect to ZIGBEE hub and smart life app. And also works with Alexa so for example you can ask Alexa “what is the bathroom temperature” or “set the bathroom temperature to 23 degrees”. I bought six and all worked fine for several weeks then one dropped connection and took me several attempts to get it to reconnect.As for the display being upside down, if you fit the TRV head orientated with the silver screw on coupling down and white control knob up (as shown in the first picture), the display is upside down. It can not be re-orientated. You may note that the temperature on display in the picture is 22. Conveniently this still appears to be 22 when upside down! If you turn the temperature down one degree the display appears to show 12 rather than 21, then 02 rather than 20 which I found very confusing. If you watch closely on the video you will see this happening. Of course this does not cause a problem when using the app to set temperatures or if you are mounting the heads upside down!So in summary, I am pleased with them but wish the display could be reorientated.

Not enough force
I echo the sentiment of several other reviewers, in that the force that this valve head applies to the valve pin is simply not enough to close the valve. I have a couple of long stroke valves in the house, which these work okay with, but for the majority, they just don’t cut it. I have had to return most of them (9 out of 11).Temperature control is a bit hit and miss. They don’t always seem to turn off when they reach temperature, sometimes overshooting by 2-3 degrees. I would prefer for the valve to shut off at temperature (or at most, set temp +1).Aside from that, these units work well. They pair very easily with my Zigbee hub, and therefore integrate easily into Home Assistant and Zigbee2MQTT. They are easy to program and automate through home assistant.

We purchased these so we didnât have to heat the whole house all the time. And so we didnât have to go round manually adjusting each trvBut in reality probably costing us more money than it used to because sometimes valve will stay open permanently until you remove them, set them and replace again. It does seem to point to what others have said as in not enough power to shut off some valves. I would not recommend these ones but spend more and get some that actually work.

Absolute rubbish
Doesnât work put on my radiator and the temp shown as upside down and canât be changed and it tells you what temp your radiator is at but you turn it down and nothing happens missed the return window so stuck with a £53 paper weight

Gekocht aan een scherpe prijs voor Black Friday. Makkelijke installatie en gebruik. De motor reageert direct bij verandering van temperatuur en instellingen.Er was op 1tje wel een afwijking van bijna 3 graden tov de reële temperatuur, maar dit kan wel in de app ingesteld worden.

Montata su valvola caleffi prima ne avevo una manuale che ci metteva mezz’ora a chiudersi per regolarsi e emetteva un fischio al limite della sopportazione umana.. Con questa ho definitivamente risolto il problema, funziona a batterie e regolabile manualmente oppure se acquisti l’accessorio funziona con programma di domotica installabile sul cell. Con possibilità di svariate impostazioni per il momento funziona bene silenziosa e rapida ogni tanto ad impianto spento si chiude e si apre in autonomia per tenere la valvola in buone condizioni per evitare che si blocchi con il calcare..

Die Geräte tun, was sie sollen. Auch in Verbindung mit dem Homeasistant und Betterthermostat sehr zu empfehlen, man muss nur darauf achten, das Offset der Geräte passend zur tatsächlichen Temperatur einzustellen, da die Geräte oft eine andere Temperatur messen (vor allem bei Heizungen unter dem Fenster)

Je n’ai pas pu installer la tête thermostatique car aucun des adaptateurs fournis ne s’adapte sur mon radiateur. Il manque l’adaptateur giacomini!Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il n’est pas fournit: aucun l’intérêt dans ce cas!
