Useless Product
No drivers available to set up on PC – serial number not recognised – in ‘support’ I was told that it was an invalid serial number even when I sent a photograph of the serial number sticker on the scanner – should have stuck with Canon products – I can’t use this brand new scanner. No stars in review, (although there must be at least one) there should be minus stars available for Epson products.

Epson software is not the best.
Both my PCs, Windows 10 and 11, could not detect the scanner at first. I uninstalled and downloaded the drivers again. Finally, it is working now.Epson software is not the best, but it is working at the moment, so I am changing the one-star review.

Review Epson 19 11
Scanner structure & function OK but let down badly by its USB connection and intolerably by its software. Fortunately for me, as an Apple user, better software comes with my system so I could discard Epson’s version.

I wanted to scan in all of my mothers photos she had in a paper file & then put them into a photo album so I bought this. It’s really nice to have & I’ve used it a few more times after the initial intended use.It works great, easy & straightforward to use. You can do 4 photos at once which is good for saving time, but any more than that it doesn’t detect. Make sure you space them out a little bit so it will detect them all as seperate pictures. The software is easy to download & use, you can crop the photos & tilt them if they scan in slightly off.The photos were all scanned in accurately & good quality. It is a bit slower at scanning but it didn’t bother me at all.

It is a good quality product with high performance and worth the money with a affordable prize. Truly recommend to anyone who is looking for a affordable product.

Iâve been using this little Epson gem for several months, and itâs basically my personal magic wand for anything paper-related. Old photos? Crisp scans that make me question why I ever kept them in dusty albums. Documents? Clear, sharp, and ready to send without a single smudge or crease.Itâs compact, USB-powered (so no extra wall adapters cluttering my desk), and even the removable high-rise lid makes scanning awkwardly thick things surprisingly easy. The 4800 dpi resolution means I can zoom in on details I didnât even know existed â like spotting my cousinâs questionable 80s haircut in a family photo. For anyone who needs a scanner thatâs reliable, detailed, and just a little fun to use, this oneâs a winner. Itâs like turning your messy paper life into perfectly organized digital nirvana â and yes, I may have done a little happy dance after my first successful batch of scans.

Eu uso Fedora 32 no meu Lenovo T470.
