The one gripe I have about this set has to do with the separate door handle. The catch wiggles around a bit and it sometimes lets the door come open, if the deadbolt isn’t latched. I tried adjusting several things with the door and the metal part that screws into the door frame, but it still didn’t fully resolve the issue. The main reason I bought it though works great, its nice just being able to use a finger to unlock the door instead of everyone in my family having to carry a key around with them. I would buy this again for the price.

This is the best smart lock I have ever bought. It is easy to install and the app is easy to use. Finally, I donât have to worry about forgetting to bring my keys. Very good!

Very happy with this purchase. I love that I can set multiple codes and fingerprints. Iâm able to set a code for the cleaner, the bug guy, my niece, son, brothers⦠anyone that will be coming to my home regularly, and needs to get in. Itâs great to look at my notifications to see âDanny used his codeâ. When working, I canât always open my camera app to see whoâs there, but looking at the notifications coming across the phone, takes nothing. No one even knows Iâm doing anything.Very well made. Would buy again, and did buy again, so my parents had too. We purched two different ones. One uses a code, or fingerprint, or key. The other uses fingerprint or password, and locks automatically when door closes. Perfect for the back door that doesnât get used as often.Oh, you can open with the phone app too

Easy to install and use. Only complaint is the need to dig out the dead lock access on the door frame. It it touches it at all, it says the lock is âjammedâ.
