Good value good cooling solution better than the pricier UGreen one I also go. Advantage to this one being solid metal gets super hot even with a gen 4 slower drive but itâs fine prefer it to the UG one as it get hotter and has plastic ends. Opt for a nvme with ddr cache that helps the drive stay cooler also one with a good controller (Samsung or Micron) bit of research is useful when dealing with this but I should have done it before not after lol my bad

this is really good product
I was worried about this product as to whether it would work on my xbox one s, but after sticking in gen4Ã4tbs and then formatting it to ex-fat then putting into xbox I could not believe just how fast it could transfer a 97gbs game in just under 15mins and it transferred 1tb of games in just under 1hour it’s that good, after using acrylic conformal spray to waterproof xbox motherboard of course after a good cleaning then using thermal grizzly pad on it’s cpu the fan on hardly ever comes on now, as for the few review I have seen about this product complaining about the fan being a bit noisy I must say I cannot hear it at all and i wear high-end 2hearing-aids I will say this to them as they must have it so close to their ears to even hear it at all, mine is a mere whisper even close up, plus for a solid product that this is and at the asking price of it I really understand what they are complaining about, as it doesn’t even get warm, installation is so simple a baby could do it, so stop your crying as everything about it just top notch and would by this again without question as it hasn’t got any plastics like some of the really big names on the market but solid metal what more could you ask for why pay for a lump of plastic when you can get this metal one for less than half the price of those top named one’s but 2of these and still have change in your pocket to put to your drive I would rather that than lose out in buying something less solid made.

Overall good quality and small sized. Easily pocketable. But it does get hot rather quickly. Using the supplied pads. Easy to use for additional storage for your steam deck or mobile phone.

Brilliant value solid metal enclosure
Brilliant value solid metal enclosure with everything you need, down to an enclosed screwdriver. I forgot to include the orange thermal pads (to disperse heat away from the SSD card and also keep it from making contact with the walls of the enclosure. Two types of USB leads, C to C and C to B, are included. Worked great.

I like it, solid like from airspace unit.
Solid box, I can run Windows bootable from another laptop from it on different laptop (not on all). Though I am not sure about a little bolt to fix memory of smaller size, too thin and little to hold. Plus, when I moved OS from laptop to this device and rebooted from it, the system was updated significantly.

Was looking for a compact aluminium m.2 enclosure with a fan (that doesn’t cost over £60) and thought this was the one.Form factor is good and the fan is discreet and fairly quiet.Installation (tools required) of the m.2 is a pain for small m.2 SSD’s. There is a 2-piece screw included that is required for holding down any SSD’s smaller than 2280 – but only for the smaller ones. For 2280 sized m.2’s, the actual case cover screw is also the same screw that holds down the SSD. Therefore when you unscrew the case cover, the 2280 sized SSD automatically jumps up at a 20-30 degree angle. Not sure I like it doing that.Also, when the cover is closed, the opposite end (not the screw end) of the case cover is held in place with just a slither sized tab (you can barely see it). It’s not a snug fit and it rattles when you pick it up… and it rattles when you touch it. There is nothing that can be done to stop it occuring. Very bad design. Very annoying.Unfortunately, this overides any other good points this case may have.My search continues…

Quality product for a great price. Stays nice and cool when transferring data, has segmented thermal pads in the set. The two adapter cables are a nice touch.

Nada más abrir la caja se aprecia que es de buena calidad. Los materiales y el peso son adecuados. Además viene con todo lo necesario para su montaje, un pequeño destornillador y dos juegos de almohadillas térmicas de varios tamaños. Una vez instalado el disco y conectado al ordenador funciona perfectamente y no se calienta nada. Estoy contento con la compra y lo recomiendo.
