Instructions for setting up are difficult to understand so Iâve have not even used it.

Have had this for a couple of weeks now and it is ok.Some of the readings need to be taken with a slight pinch of salt. The step count is within about 75% of the measure my fitbit reads, so for me that is accurate enough for days I don’t want to wear the fitbit ( suit days when I want to wear a “proper” watch instead ).The fit is pretty accurate, I am a size 11 in normal rings and this fits, it is a bit more snug that some of my others, due to the electronics, but it is not uncomfortably tight. I personally wouldn’t use this to exercise, as I am not a fan of hard rings for that ( had too many accidents with “ring cuts on fingers” previously to do this, now only wear silicone ones ), but I suspect it would work fine for you if you tried it.Overall good for the price, accuracy to be expected, looks very inconspicuous as well.

Sizing
Firstly, I used and existing ring to help size. Carefully measured the fiameter to support he measurement I took of my finger circumfrance. The ring size to the guide given wax V1.2. It was enormous, have replaced with 2 sizes smaller, an S size still slightly big but comfortable Early days for effectiveness but it is set up and is monitoring steps, O2 levels, Blood pressure and sleep. All seem good. Apologies us easy to use. For those who hate watches and need an alternative it seems like a great option.
