Why can any fingerprints be unlocked?
The new lock is in the factory mode by default, any fingerprint can be opened. Please register the user first. After the first user successfully registers, the factory mode will be automatically canceled. Only the registered fingerprint can open.
Is this fingerprint padlock suitable for outdoor use?
No，This smart padlock is not waterproof. it can prevent splashing water, but if the rain is heavy or soaked, water can enter through the USB port or other gaps, damaging the circuit board.
What mobile apps does this locker padlock support?
Only the black colour model supports, other colour model does not support; the app name is “esmartlock”, please download it from the App Store on iOS, or download it from Google Play on Android.

A good padlock.
This padlock can be opened with fingerprints but does not have an app for it. Only black padlocks have an app. The app is not necessary but can monitor the battery and additionally use Bluetooth to open it.The padlock looks a bit flimsy but I used a similar one for around 2 years in the gym and still works (the battery last for a very long time).I never had a problem with fingerprint recognition except when my hands are wet like after swimming in a swimming pool. I had to dry my hands and sometimes wait a minute or two before opening it.

No more having to find keys for regular padlocks this one opens at the touch of your finger tamper proof so no one can attempt to unlock it as it only acknowledges your fingerprintJust remember which finger you used when setting it as no other finger will unlock it.Great purchase I need another one.

Product did not work
Followed the hard to understand instructions to register fingerprints but it accepted all fingerprints which defeats the security objective. Contacted seller who repeated the instructions. Still never worked. Asked for money back but did not receive. Waste of money.

You Need to Follow the Instructions
Ok, like someone else has said the first fingerprint you try and register will be the master fingerprint to open this. If you dont follow exactly the instructions it never registers a master fingerprint so any finger will open it until you do this.I have had this working on my gym locker and its amazing, i have programed a couple of fingers and when i try and open with other ones not set it does not open and any registered opens first time. Fab product but you do need to set the master fingerprint before it will allow you to set up more finger prints
