Miracle product
These are genius. After episiotomy stitches these cold pads were the only reason I could sit comfortably! They are not very absorbent so I suggest only wearing for 20-30 mins when they are at their coldest and then swapping out for a regular pad. However they are so cold and soothing, plus it helps that they are considerably cheaper than some of the key name brands on the high street.

Luxury for after birth
This provides such nice relief after birth and made me feel like I was treating myself. They’re really thick and long so adds nice cushion down there. Can be difficult to snap the cold on and you can feel the cold liquid move around but that helped distract me from the pain.

A must have!
Of all the many postpartum aftercare products I was recommended and purchased as a first time mum, these were by far the most effective- an absolute must for anyone who needs some relief after giving birth. Suitable for use even with stitches which is amazing! Not the most absorbent of pads and only last 20 mins in terms of the ice pack itself, but the relief and soothing sensation is so worth it!

Donât be afraid to twist it
Worked wonders for me. Just donât be afraid to twist it to pop the inside to activate it. It doesnât leak which I was afraid of. Helped with after the birth and great now for a cold compress for any injuries. They only last about 10mins

Very soothing and cooling
I brought these ready to use after giving birth to my son. At the time of purchasing I did wonder if it was going to be one of those unnecessary items that I would regret spending my money on but my goodness were they appreciated!They are quite bulky so you do notice itâs there when sitting down and walking round, although itâs not something you would use when leaving the house anyway. But itâs not at all uncomfortably bulky and the cooling relief is brilliant. I would definitely buy these again if I have another baby and I would even buy them as a quirky but useful gift for a friend whoâs expecting. My best friend didnât even think of looking to buy anything like this when she had her baby but Iâm sure they would have come in useful!

Please grab one, especially if you had an episiotomy or just sore down there post delivery. Of course consult with your doctor, I read later these are not to be used when you have a fresh/open wound. I used these first few weeks, as long as you donât burst it open and it doesnât come in contact with your skin, you should be good to go.These were my best friends for the first few days and weeks. I even tried the Frida ones but these provided more cooling compared to frida and these are great on the price as well.

Habe den Artikel für die Geburt unseres Kindes gekauft. Nun ist unser Kind da aber die Binden kühlen nicht wie versprochen. Wenn diese überhaupt 1 Minute kühlen ist es schon alles, absolut kein Verhältnis zu Preis/Leistung, für mich ein absoluter Fehlkauf, so sind es nur überteuerte Binden. Hoffe mit der Rezension anderen helfen zu können.
