Customers say

Customers find the fitness tracker excellent for monitoring heart rate and activities, with clear user interface and good battery life lasting 3-4 days. They appreciate its design, comparing it to an Apple Watch, and find it straightforward to use and link to the app. The functionality and size receive mixed reviews – while some find it perfect, others report issues with the heart rate monitor stopping working and find it too large for their wrists. The sync ability is problematic, with customers reporting long syncing times with their phones.

Stylish, Functional, Motivational Fitness Smartwatch with in-built Heart Rate
The Fitbit Blaze is Fitbit’s first full colour smartwatch with built in Heart Rate sensors. Let’s get this out of the way, what it doesn’t have is GPS. If you want a Fitbit with built-in GPS it has to be the Fitbit Surge until they bring out a new product. However… that’s not the end of the world, the Fitbit Blaze can SHARE the GPS in your phone. If you are out for a run, bike ride, walk etc then you will still get accurate speed and distance data from the GPS within your iPhone / Android phone.Best Points : It looks great. It’s a very unisex size, fitting wrists from 15cm circumference up to 21cm+. I bought the LARGE version but probably would have been better with the small. My wrists are 17.5cm (skinny). The DISPLAY is crystal clear in ALL light angles. The BATTERY lasts for 4 or 5 days when sharing GPS with your smartphone for 1 hour per day. You can control the TRACK and VOLUME of your music from the Blaze with just a couple of button presses.FITSTAR … BRILLIANT 3 x highly motivational 5 – 10 minute workout plans built in to the Blaze. While your kettle is brewing, do a 7 minute, 14 different exercise workout. The OPTICAL off the wrist heart rate sensor works VERY WELL. I did suffer some glitches and spikes when mountain biking, but you’d get that from the Polar A360 Fitness Tracker or Garmin 010-01955-06 Vivosmart HR Activity Tracker too.FLOORS CLIMBED is a nice new motivational feature. With a clever built-in altimeter the Blaze will tell you approximately how many flights of stairs you have climbed in a day. You can use this as a DAILY GOAL if you wish, rather than STEPS, CALORIES or DISTANCE.Fitbit APP – I’ve tested hundreds of fitness products at HeartRateMonitor CO UK and I’ve seen some really clunky APPS. The Fitbit APP is one of the best I’ve tested, along with the Garmin Connect and Polar Flow. It’s easy to use, motivational and connects effortlessly to iPhone and Android phones.Would Like to Have : Activity Reminders… I believe they are coming.. please check Fitbit website.I really wish ALL these brands would use a STANDARD micro USB charging socket… the Blaze comes with a mini mousetrap style clamp to charge the watch… it works fine, but is it necessary ??Other than that, if you are happy to have to SHARE the GPS in your phone, or your simply not too bothered about accurate speed/distance feedback.. buy one Fitbit Blaze HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:-)Nearest Competitors : An obvious alternative is the Apple 42 mm Sports Watch with Aluminum Case with the advantage being that the Apple has built-in GPS… Other alternatives would be the TomTom Spark GPS Multi-Sport Fitness Watch with built in GPS, off the wrist Hear Rate > PLUS internal storage for 500 songs.. so NO NEED to carry your phone on your long runs. Or the Garmin Vivoactive HR ….

    surpassed my expectations
Now this really surpassed my expectations.Looking to loose weight I wanted to look at trying to get up and moving and for me having the step target was a good motivator. However I quickly found it is a lot more than just a step counter. I have used this devise on Windows/Android and IOS phones and it has connected with them all well however this will only work on a windows 10 phone and not the older windows 8 platform, I also have the app set onto my laptop which gives a greater level of breakdown including elevation information and breakdown of times and pace at each section of the run,Tracking exercise, you can select an activity or if you forget the watch will actually pick up an activity i.e a run or a bike ride and log the information for you. It does not have built in GPS but connects to your phone which allows for mapping and tracking. I would of liked GPS tracking but did not like the surge with the moulded bracelet, I however run with my phone anyway so did not find this a problem but may not be for everyone.it will connect with you phone for notifications however I have found that this works best with IOS followed by android and it is poor with windows. You can see texts that have been sent calls along with the ability to answer calls and play music from the phone which can be handy if out on a run.it will track your sleep there are two different sleep modes original and upgraded now to get the more detailed information do nothing and just fall asleep if you select the sleep section and then select start sleep you will get the limited information version, don’t ask me why as it seems crazy but that was what fitbit told me to do when I had some trouble.the battery life is good lasting 3-4 days, if I have had multiple long runs and connected to GPS sometimes it can last only 2 days. The band is comfortable and seems of a good quality which looks like it will last forever. it is relatively small compared to other watches in the market place.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a general fitness tracker/ monitor I would also suggest it to those who run and cycle and has all the functions of brands like garmin and Sunuto at a lower price and offers more.

I called fitbit customer service. It has not been ‘tested’ for the S9+ yet, however, Silvy walked me through it. So far it’s working fine…I still haven’t learned abt all the bells & whistles, but wanted to let you know it will work with the S9+ and that customer service is great! Stay tuned for follow-up

Consigliato
