Game changer
Just got these and I’m stoked, being without my laptop in an emergency is what made me get these, an ordinary powerpack for a mobile is no help over say 72hours without power. These solar chargers are a game changer for me.

I bought this item in December but did not use it till April,I have charged it literally for days in very strong sunlight as I live abroad so far it has not charged anything,I’m very disappointed and too late to put in a complaint. The one star was for the fast delivery

Not 12w but around 8w
I have been using these panels to charge my power bank, so far I have generated around 9523 mAh in two days. It requires very strong sunlight to charge around 9.6w (see the image attached), not exactly 12w but close enough.The FlexSolar sign on it fell for some reason, I guess it wasnât joined on properly from the start.If makes a high pitched noise when being used, the higher the output the louder the sound.FlexSolar give a provided 2 USB A to 1 USB A Female which does not at all work with both panels, when using the cable, one panel works and the other either has a output of 0.7w or nothing.If the panels were less reliant on FULL sunlight I would recommend it, so far it has been doing the job just not fast enough.

Good but….
This is solar panel which will charge your smart band watch with easy but it’s not powerful enough for charging phone…so let me explain: with 6w rating it gives around 400-700mA your phone is using more than that for the screen on only so even when not using the phone it will stay on this same percentage of battery or will fall but like I said for charging low voltage USB gadgets it’s perfect (got it around few months and since then I never charged my 2 watches from the socket – going green ð you know 😉 . It did also chargeed the case from my JBL earbuds but they also need low voltage to charge of course it’s charging faster when sun is strong but as we know it’s quite unpredictable this âï¸.tip: for charging phone buy something around 25w or more as realistically at least in UK (February – April) I’m getting max around 1000mA while charging from this 6W panel.Overall great product and I will definitely be investing in more solar panels but definitely more powerful.

The USB connector weighs 25 grams, the cable probably ads a bit more. I don’t know why the USB connector is so big, could there be some kind of regulator in it? If it’s not a regulator, it’s a shame that it’s so big, otherwise you could thread it through the water hose hole on the backpack and connect it to a powerbank in that way.The panel feels qualitative.Gave charging in shaded balcony with gray sky in October.Perfect when hiking for several hours during the summer to charge a power bank.I haven’t given it a test for its intended use so I do not know how it will hold up in the long run.

J’étais un peu perplexe en voyant certains avis qui témoignaient du manque de puissance de ce panneau solaire. Je n’ai rien observé de tel avec celui que j’ai reçu. Je l’ai testé pour recharger une batterie portable avec succès. Il est utilisé pour recharger deux caméras miniatures Javiscam et il fait parfaitement le job.Si je le compare aux panneaux solaires Reolink qui alimentent mes caméras de la même marque qui ne rencontrent jamais de souci de manque d’énergie, il est deux fois plus grand en surface ce qui me rassure pour la suite
