LinkIQ Cable + Network Tester

The LinkIQ Cable+Network Tester validates cable performance up to 10GBASE-T via frequency-based measurements. The LinkIQ also provides nearest switch diagnostics including advertised data rate, switch name, port number, and VLAN information, plus Power over Ethernet testing through Hardware/Software negotiation and loaded Voltage (V) and Power (W) tests.

Cable Commissioning

Frequency based measurements that commissions the cable to support Ethernet data rates from 10BASE-T to 10GBASE-T.

Power Over Ethernet

Negotiates with power supply to determine Type and PoE Class (0-8). Reports Advertised Power and measures actual power available via load test.

Network Testing

Communicates with the Network equipment to find Name, Port Number, VLAN, and available network speeds.
